First we love the Buffet and It's still closed because of Covid-19. Second it may never open again which is very sad. The buffet brought older clients in and they came by hundreds. Family gathering, office parties, and large organizations gathered for Breakfast and lunch. This is the past tense now. The new thought seems to be a place to hang out for the younger generation. CASINOS ARE NOW THE NEW MALL'S?

Rarely do I eat at casino buffets just becuz of how outrageously priced they are. But this one in the thunder valley casino costs as much as a regular meal. It was even a better deal with the players card discount and the cashier offered me a senior citizen discount. There was nothing exotic about the menu unless you consider prime rib special. There was a section for Mexican and Asian dishes. Since they called it brunch you could get breakfast items

Coming from Lake Tahoe & going back to bay area friends & i decided to go to a buffet for lunch so the younger ones could have more options. Cigarette smoke were filtering into banquet hall & we were seated next to dishwashing area: the sound of plates & utensils were annoying. Very limited soup choices & the ones we got(egg, hot & sour) were both salty. There was just one kind of sushi which Was just ok. The steak was dry & chewy. Smoked salmon was good & fresh. I liked the tiny pancakes with nutella; also enjoyed the vegetable dish & the lemon muffin. Our server was animated & attentive & looked like she enjoys her job & for that i’m giving this place an extra star.

We have not visited this buffet in a few years. It was good to return to the same excellent service. We had the egg drop soup, lasagna, beer battered cod, etc. The food was delicious. Great desserts.

On the bright side the cappuccino was done correctly. Now for the bad. 13 mins for a cappuccino and you aren't busy? And another thing 9 dollars for an egg and cheese sandwich? That my friends is completely unacceptable! Is the egg gold plated? I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon

Stopped in Citizen Grind for a double espresso today. Ended up ultimately ordering two doubles along with a chocolate scone .... delicious. If you have not tried this place, do so. They offer both a breakfast and lunch menu. Lots of interesting and tasty options. While I more frequently visit this spot / location after 4:00 pm when they start pouring wine (Citizen Vine), I always enjoy myself ... any time of day. The waitstaff is remarkable. Great value for your dollar.

This is a fabulous breakfast spot! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and a wonderful outdoor seating area. I'd recommend Citizen Grind to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life!

Never realized that the coffee place was tied into the wine place. So after dropping off our daughter at 12 bridges middle school we stopped here for breakfast. I was a little concerned that I wouldn't be able to just get a simple cup of coffee, but they had some. Actually for 3 bucks you get all you can drink coffee so I had 2 cups :). My wife and I shared the chorizo hash which was pretty good. Spicy but a good spicy. It was a nice visit. We will back for some wine. Lol

Nice quit coffee shop, with good coffee. Especially in the area that it was located, that is very isolated except for this plaza, it was pleasant to find good coffee. I was there in the morning so I did not have a chance to try their wine, but I would go back for check it out.

They have made significant improvements and it is now my favorite place for breakfast and coffee. Food and service are excellent. The menu is amazing for a quick bite. The location and the inside and outside seating are awesome. Its exactly what twelve bridges needed.

The first item on the menu is a flatbread thin and crispy covered with Brie bacon and Brussels sprouts with a little sweetness. YUM. Skipper had chorizo hash and liked it. Attractive place good service

The only way the Grind could be better was if was in walking distance of my house. So they recently moved into the Vine's space, so in the morning it's the Grind, and in the afternoon/evening it's the Vine. (I've reviewed the Vine and love that version of Citizen too. I work from home and once a week or so I want to get out and enjoy interacting with people. I love to set up shop at the Grind for morning and watch people come and go. It always feels super welcoming and no one bothers you if you just need to pound away on your computer writing (or avoiding writing). I'm looking forward to the patio season. I want to take just a second to call out the best service in Lincoln. The servers here are excellent. They always have good recommendations for food or a way to change up your regular drink to make it a little different or interesting. They clear your stuff quickly and are always aware of your needs when you need to order another cup of procrastination, I mean coffee, or a bite to eat because now it's lunch time and you haven't finished writing the chapter you started 3 hours ago. Really patient awesome staff that makes everyone feel welcome no matter what.

An amazing little coffee house with small breakfast offerings (egg dishes and avocado toast) and local pastries. Beautiful coffee art. A darling cozy atmosphere with very friendly staff. Worth visiting!

We come to the wine bar all the time but hadn't done coffee here - High time to try it. They have the coffee shop vibe down. I did not realize Lincoln had hipsters but apparently they congregate here so you totally get the midtown vibe. My cappuccino wasn't hot enough (it was lukewarm) and they were out of avocado which was kind of a bummer for the avocado toast I wanted to order. We improvised with the bacon scone (who could say no to that business?). About the same cost as Starbucks for the total tab and I prefer a more personalized and better coffee experience and am also happy to support a local shop. If you want coffee in peace somewhere they bring it to you in a legit cup rather that hollering your name across the counter with attitude, you've come to the right place. If you're looking for extra hot, or some weird thing like a cake pop, go to the chain.
