I came into sourdough and Company on Lincoln Boulevard for the first time today. I have never been to one of these locations as they do not have them around where I grew up in Kentucky. I was greeted by. Tanvi The big smile and I absolutely helpful attitude. A few questions as this was my first time, but Ethyn was quick to chime in . Neither one At all by any of my questions which was absolutely wonderful as I seemed a little out of place and out of sorts here. The food was delicious, very fresh. But I would’ve came back regardless thanks to the wonderful service by both of them. I highly recommend this place as it will now become my new lunch spot. Thanks to their exceptional service.

DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT EVER GO IN HERE FOR ANYTHING. THEIR BREAD WAS OLD AND STALE. THE SHORTED OUR SANDWICHES ONLY PUTTING ONE SLICE OF MEAT ON IT. I EVEN ORDERED AN 8 INCH AND THEY PUT VERY LITTLE IN IT. THEY ARE CUTTING CORNERS TO TRY AND SAVE MONEY (stealing from their customers). THE CORPORATION NEEDS TO TAKE THIS FRANCHISE FROM THEM AND SELL IT TO SOMEONE THAT WILL TAKE BETTER CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NOT TRY ANS SHORT THEM. WE WERE HERE ON SATURDAY AUGUST 30 at 11:45 am.
DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the French dip, but I'd like to try everything. Im picky when it comes to a French dip sandwich. I have had the best at the Hofbrau in Morro Bay. This place will have me coming back for more. Im sure everything will be as good as the French dip. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying their meal.

This is my favorite sandwich shop! It’s a little expensive for a sandwich, but nothing tops the bread and house spread! My favorite sandwich is Turkey with cheddar, onions, lettuce and house spread with BBQ chips. Coke products are available. Soup, mac and cheese, kids meals, and chips are also sold there. Restaurant is clean as well as bathrooms.

Sandwich was a soggy nasty mess. The only good part was the bread. I asked for nothing with mayo in it, and the green Chile coleslaw is nothing more then regular coleslaw, thought it was something different, person making the sandwich should have used their brain and knew this coleslaw had mayo in it and that I wouldn't like it after saving I didn't want anything with mayo in it. Big waste of money, I'm really pissed. Really wish I could be compensated for going out of my way to go here thinking it would be good. (This is a reply to their response, ummmm yeah obviously this review is meant for your location sir that's why I left it on your location, I didn't make a mistake, what a weird way of not apologizing, hopefully people will see this.)

So I went in earlier today for my lunch and I ordered only a bread bowl with soup and got my order done at 11:39am and saw that there was no customers but like only 2 orders ahead of me, but then I noticed people coming in after me and placing orders and realized 27 minutes later that the people after me were getting their food orders before mine . At 12:03pm I was getting frustrated cause my lunch was almost ending and the people barely realized they haven’t made my order and that it was gonna take a bit which wasn’t ok with me because I was gonna be late to clock back in. They seriously skipped over me and didn’t realize that they missed me until after 27 minutes later like really, they need to work out a system cause when I saw that I only had 3 minutes left of lunch and I asked for a refund the girl legit said well they barely put the bread into the oven to heat now, like how is that my fault that you guys messed up.

I recently visited Sourdough & Co at 73 Lincoln Blvd, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure my order was taken promptly and with a smile. The menu offers a great variety, and the sandwiches are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The sourdough bread is absolutely delicious—crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly toasted.
I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich, and it exceeded my expectations. The turkey was flavorful, the avocado was fresh, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. What really stood out was the attention to detail in the preparation—everything tasted fresh, and the sandwich was assembled with care.
The service was quick, and even during a busy time, the staff made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy, and it’s clear that they take pride in both the food and customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Sourdough & Co in Lincoln for another meal! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great sandwich and excellent service.

The 2 gentlemen taking the order and making our food, although new, had such a wonderful attitude. So pleasant and happy!

If you would've told me that the perfect deli sandwich came from a fast casual chain restaurant, I wouldn't have believed you! If you look back on my recent reviews, I've kind of been on a deli sandwich quest. Where I live in Chico, I've found places that have killer bread but really skimp on the meat & toppings, or load up on deli meat but have really terrible bread. I was down in Roseville to run errands yesterday, and I decided to stop for a late lunch at Sourdough & Co. I've been here before for the salads, but never actually ordered a sammy. I went with a simple turkey & cheddar on sourdough, and it was incredible! There was a really generous amount of meat & cheese, the produce was fresh, and the bread was heavenly! It was pillowy soft, warm from the oven, and had just the right amount of crunch on the outside. I'd be a regular in a heartbeat... if only y'all had a location in Chico! The staff was super friendly, the store was clean... the only disappointment was their Coke Freestyle machine. The machine's touchscreen was difficult to use, and it was out of every calorie-free option... no diet anything. This would have been nice to know before I paid for a drink since I ended up with water. I'd still return for a sandwich, and I probably will anytime I'm near a Sourdough & Co.
