I consider this my go to Starbucks, lately I've noticed that the Ice is very small and by the time you get your iced drink it's watery and melted. Could you please go back to the bigger ice. Thank you hope this helps

Ordered a Venti Iced-White Mocha with 5 shots today. Because of the amount of shots in the drink, the drink is extremely warm at the bottom. For years, at multiple other Starbucks locations, I have been able to request a Trenta Cup of Ice, so that I can pour my drink into it and cool it off better. However, this location refused me a Trenta Cup of Ice. I was offered a Trenta Cup of Ice Water, but not allowed a Trenta Cup of Ice. Whoever is running the show, at this location, needs...
