We usually stop by to get our drinks to go. Staff is friendly and quick with our ok orders.

At 4:30 on January 1st we ordered a $7 latte that was served lukewarm and only 2/3 full. Upon asking for a remake we got attitude by the young woman with braces saying she prepared to drink according to the machine. We literally went back and forth for 2 minutes with me explaining to her the drink is cool and not full, but she could not comprehend continue to make excuses. The drink was so cool the sleeve wasn't even necessary and you could put the cup to your cheek without hesitation, I explain this concept to her but yet again no comprehension and excuses. We finally got the drink remade and with trust we left the Starbucks, but the reason why I'm writing the review is because the drink was still again only two thirds full and very cool. For $7 we just expect the drink to be made according to standard nothing more, and especially no attitude if the drink is made wrong. On the other hand the older woman cashier was very nice and polite I wish we could have dealt with her in this experience.

As part of the world's biggest, coffee organization, they have an international reputation. This one attached to a Sun City Del Webb is quite modern. It's a good location and they seem to be busy most of the time, this was my second visit to this location. Lots of outdoor seating. Service was good and friendly.
I understand the last hour of being open not wanting to do a whole lot, however I was appalled at the service. Major attitude from the staff, basically ignored me so they could keep talking, no attempt at making conversation or eye contact while I was ordering, then when my order was done they just set it on the counter and didn’t call my name or make any attempt at letting me know it was done. Referred to me as “the lady” when talking with her coworker. Disgusted.

No regard of customer’s time. Slower than any other Starbucks I have been to.
Service can be slow at times, but I think that’s simply because there’s a high volume of customers during certain times of the day. Other than that, the coffee and other drinks that they serve here are delicious, and are a great treat to have while shopping around.
I went to this Starbucks on Christmas Eve day. I was the only one in line. I had a free coffee on my app. I tried telling the young man at the counter and he told me he needed my phone for the bar code. I tried to tell him there was a code and he said he needed to scan my bar code on my phone. He took my star points but that was not where my free coffee was. He was so busy talking fast and not listening to me that I have now lost 150 star points and my free coffee. I am relatively new to the Starbucks app and he was in such a rush to get me out. We had another disagreement about how to purchase a gift card using the app with my money. He kept telling me that I cant use a gift card to buy a gift card. I didnt want to do that. He said starbucks wants to keep the money coming in. He was so unhelpful and friendly. I live out of town so I can't even go back and work with a manager to fix the situation. The coffee was lukewarm. Worst experience in a Starbucks.

I often go out of my way to visit one of the other Starbucks in our area. This last visit I ordered (2) breakfast sandwiches and a coffee drink. After waiting for quite some time and noticing that no one seemed to be working with a sense of urgency, my breakfast sandwich was finally ready. I looked in the bag and said oh is the other one still cooking? I'm pretty sure by the response I got that they didn't know I had 2, so they went to add another to the toaster. All the while my husband is waiting in the car for me wondering what is taking so long. I have worked in a similar environment and I don't know what it is about this location but as busy as they often are, no one ever acts like its busy and they want to clear the crowd.
