I've walked out of this shop twice now. Once when the staff member was too busy stocking to take my order and once I left without my donut because I was waiting for everyone else to have their sandwiches warmed. There are reasons to wait and reasons not to wait. I buy their slimy "fresh" out of the wrapper donut because I'm in a hurry not because it's worth the price or waiting for. The same reason I get a drip venti coffee.

Had the most awful experience at thus particular startbucks. Today was bogo day from 12-6 so I decided to treat some friends. The app wasn't working correctly and charged me full price. I also picked uo my drink a little later than expected, got stuck in some heavy traffic, and my frap was melted and separated. The manager refused to refund not just myself but also two other people that were having the same app issue., and wouldn't remake my drink staying I took to long to come get it. I frequent starbucks, will never go back to this one again.

There’s two people who work here that always have an attitude for no reason. One a gentleman with a beard. The other is a white woman with blond hair, usually works in the morning. Seems like they don’t like their job and still think they deserve a tip.On top of that, they always run out of things. And when you ask them what do they suggest an alternative, their response is “everything else”.Working at a “fast food” joint can 1000% be stressful, but to not give a simple hello, good morning, etc when one is given to you; just shows immaturity and lack of training.

It's a very good Starbucks but the atmosphere is very judgemental. Baristas look too you head to toe and that made me feel very uncomfortable. It was very busy that day and I feel I could have been treated better. Hence, it's a good Starbucks if you are going through the drive-thru.

Came through this drive through today 12/6/23 around 12:45 and had a very unpleasant experience with the barista at the window. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here with a rude barista and it’s ridiculous, it’s only ever this Starbucks. The girl from today was a tan girl with shortish black curly/wavy hair. She was very short with me at the window, had a rude tone and took payment from me without saying a single thing. And then she handed me the drink, didn’t say “here you go” or anything, and then shut the window on me while I was saying thank you. Don’t work customer service if you don’t like interacting with people or being friendly at the very least. I won’t be back to this location!
