This is my morning stop when I need a pick me up. Be sure you have the Starbucks app as those reward points really add up. I really like that they make redeeming your rewards so easy, just scan and go. 4 star versus a 5 because consistency is an issue. Both your service and drink order varies based on who is working.

I am getting a little sick of Starbucks and their “we no longer have a button for that” agenda, especially the 640 Twelve Bridges Dr, Lincoln, Ca Starbucks. Every Thursday when I pick up my grand children from school we have “Thirsty Thursday”, as this is the last day I have to pick them up. I use to order the Java Chip Mocha Frap. Last time I ordered it I was charged $.80 extra for the Java chips, because they no longer had a button for Java Chip Frap. Okay, the menu changes, so I just stop ordering that item. I always order my grandson A Cream base Cookie Crumble, no coffee, as he is 12. I ordered one on Friday, and today, Thursday, I placed my usual order and noticed on the drive thru menu that I was being charged an $.50 for chips and another $.50 for cookie crumbs. When I questioned this up charged I was told that Starbucks no longer had a “cream base” button, so they would have to build the Frap and charge for ingredients-note you don’t get a REDUCTION when you exclude coffee from the Frap, but cookie crumbs cost an extra &.50. I was upcharged $1.00 for this drink to have it without coffee. This is stupid and ridiculous. I’m going to look for an alternative treat for my grand children this STARBUCKS sucks!

Many times I have visited this store and this last one was just meaah. The blueberry muffin was warmed and I didnt ask for that, my cold coffee was missing about 1 inch from the top.

First off, every time I come to this Starbucks the staff always has a chip on their shoulder, they seem like they don’t want to be there, they are super rude and snotty to costumers. When I come to this Starbucks I spend almost 7 dollars on a drink and they continue to put way too much milk in my coffee to the point where it doesn’t even taste like coffee it tastes like straight up MILK and the coffee is close to WHITE. It’s lazy. What a waste of my hard earned money, I’m giving it to people who don’t enjoy what they do, they obviously don’t know how to make a drink ( they are hiring anyone at this point.), and it’s just sloppy, Iv tried to give it multiple chances but they do this every time and my drink is not even a milky drink I like it super dark so I ask for barely any milk. I’m frustrated and I’m tied of letting it slide.

Super disappointed in the customer service at the Starbucks at 12 Bridges. I’m there literally almost every day buying a green tea. On Sunday, April 27 at around 10 AM, I needed some change for some pending vending machine purchases, which I explained to the staff. Even though I had already made a purchase through my mobile app, they told me they couldn’t help me. It just feels like customer service doesn’t matter anymore, even for loyal, regular customers. Really disappointing. Maybe it’s time I learn to make my own green tea instead.

Amazing friendly baristas and quick service! This place can get packed!!!! I'm always impressed at how quickly the line moves in the drive through and how happy and friendly the employees are- they always have a smile and a minute to say hello. LOVE LOVE LOVE the little messages that are always on the cups- life can be hard and stressful and sometimes, those little notes can be all I need to give me a smile! Great job guys! You keep me coming back more than I should be haha

Someone isn't shaking the iced shaken espressos for the past week, leaving a layer of syrup at the bottom and it's getting on my nerves 😤

... 2 weeks later and they don't know how many shots go in a Venti shaken brown sugar espresso 🫠 With peace and love, someone come help this location.

I just want to say I appreciated it so much that they shook my iced coffee when I asked for cinnamon in it. Tons of other locations don’t shake it & just sprinkle the cinnamon on top. I know it’s not mandatory to shake some drinks but little things like that make it so much better. It tasted delish thank you!
Also I noticed the baristas sometimes are low energy, I hope y’all are ok. I know some customers are ruthless & not understanding based on the other reviews I read :( Sorry you have to deal w/ that.
