It's gone downhill. I had breakfast, and the bacon was way over cooked hash browns cold, and the eggs were under cooked the whites were runny at least the toast was good !!

Went on a slow Sunday morning with 3 adults, two kids and a baby. I won’t comment on the food, but instead on the service. Our server chose to eat her food right next to us instead of actually helping us. Every time we needed something, she never once got up and instead watched as we went back and forth to the front. She only came to our table when we ordered (after we had to ask for a server) and when she brought our food. The gentleman who sat us and brought our drinks was very helpful, even though he wasn’t our server. We thought our server was on break which is why we didn’t want to bother her, but it all made sense when we went up front to pay. There was an automatic 20% gratuity added because we were a “large party” (as a server I’ve never seen higher than an 15% autograt on a non-banquet table so that was a shock). Apparently she knew she had a guaranteed $20 from us without having to actually do anything. We typically tip well over 20% but this truly left a bad taste in our mouth due to the horrendous service, and we left feeling stolen from. Did not see this autograt mentioned in the menu (I went back and checked) or on the door, but perhaps I missed it.
Tl;dr: I would NEVER go here with a party larger than 4 ever again, because I would worry they would again use it as an excuse to steal a 20% tip without actually working for it.

While the place is quaint and cute, the service was not good. The waitress conned us into ordering a meal because she said it was cheaper than ordering sides, then she proceeded to charge us for the meal and two sides which we didn’t get. It was an extra $6.50 in addition to already inflated prices. We asked her 3 times to take the extra food we didn’t order off the bill and she said she did and then proceeded to make excuses and say was busy and couldn’t change it! We finally got frustrated, so she took off one item and left the other making a biscuits and gravy all American breakfast $18!! I would never go here again simply because of that waitress, I can handle some inflated prices but not a con artist who can’t be bothered to do something correctly.

We always enjoy the food. Sometimes the staff seems angry and it's hard to know if they're actually angry or if it's a cultural difference but we keep going back because it's never "bad" enough for it to deter us.

Really terrible hashbrowns, mine were slimy and not cooked all the way, and my friends were overcooked and really funky. I got the denver omelette that was unedible, the eggs tasted nasty and there was barely any ham, there were huge chunks of bell pepper and onion that i tried to pick around because of the sheer size of these chunks. Our food was sitting on the window for like 3 minutes and the kitchen were ignoring our server. If youre passing through ignore and go anywhere else.
