Feels like a hole in the wall and not in the good way, my food is always made right… by the time I get it. The 5 times ive eaten here it’s taken me around an hour to get my food when there was only two people in front of me on account of there only being one guy who seems to be the manager.

Nice lady at the counter gave me my order when I arrived. The sandwich unfortunately was not good because the bread was stale and hard to eat. I soldiered through it but I won't return here

I did not write before but this was too much and I am going to do it now. Let me tell you this first to get it out of the way, he sandwich did not have right item and right amount in the sandwich too. Last night I ordered a sandwich and I realized that I ordered it from wrong place. I tried to order somewhere I was closed but since Lincoln Subway was the last place I ordered by mistake the order went there. I could not cancel by the app so I tried to call and have them cancel the order so I could order from where I was. Despite number of times I called no one picked up the phone. So I decided to drive and see if they were busy to pick up the phone. When arrived the only person in the store was the worker who is sweeping. He saw me looked up and continued to sweep told him here to pickup order. Also I told him when the phone rings you need to pickup he did look at me and turned his back to me continued to sweep. Before i had issue too but this was a cherry on the top. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

My visit here was good, I must say when a person of the "Subway" training on how to make a sandwich that looks close to the photos around them it might be necessary that 1st and foremost they speak English, the lady that helped me before spoke zero English and it was lucky the manager was available to assist, plus it was only her 2nd day working, so she may have been nervous. It also seems important that when a person of status is making your sandwich making it shouldn't be with over the amount of condiments or mustard and mayonnaise(the owner put way too much mustard and mayonnaise for my liking...)Overall I could only hope that if I came back that a few small things were corrected because the franchise/owner operated location do well just most important remembering they are making it for you and not everyone is going to be seated at a table to eat it..Thank you for the great lunch options!

Staff not very friendly when asking questions they answered very forcefully, I was disappointed by the bad service ?
I was greater as I entered and the 2 people working the front on Tuesday 8/15 around 11am had the best attitude. Very happy to help and when I didn’t know what I wanted the man gave me suggestions. This was the customer service we have been missing lately .
