I’ve honestly never had such an awful experience at a Subway in my life. The staff at this location were flat-out rude and acted like doing their job was too much to ask. They forgot my entire footlong cookie, and when I politely asked about it, instead of apologizing, they accused me of lying and even suggested I was hiding it. I was completely shocked — that’s such an insulting way to treat a paying customer.

On top of that, they make customers feel super uncomfortable for using promo codes, like you’re somehow doing something wrong for trying to use a deal they advertised. Every time I’ve been here, I’ve walked out feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

This location desperately needs better management and staff who actually treat people with basic courtesy. I will never be back, and I highly recommend avoiding this Subway if you don’t want to be treated poorly for simply ordering food.

Staff is meh. Pretty clean. You do have to keep asking for more though since they're so stingy. But at the end of the day it just tastes like any other subway sandwich.

One of the worst subways ive ever been to. Never consitant on mobile orders and they screw customers over who pay for extras. I have never received any extra meat that ive paid for. You can't trust them to make your sandwich right when you mobile order. You have to watch them make it and your given attitude when you correct them. Terrible atmosphere. You get the vibes that they dont want to do there jobs as soon as you walk in the door.

They never do any of the deals advertised, where as the one on twelve bridges does at least some of the deals advertised. So we go there instead if I just want a veggie sandwich in a hurry. Thats because this location is cheap and therefore they don't get the traffic like other owners do because they don't follow any of the corporate commercial advertisements. The food is subway, you get what you get... but they're stingy with the toppings in comparison to a lot of other subways. Other than the owner, the other workers look like they hate it there... depressing.

I’ve given this Subway location multiple chances, but the quality is consistently terrible. They barely put any produce on the sandwiches, and you always have to ask them to add more—something that should be standard, not a struggle. Ordering double cheese? Don’t bother. They just sprinkle a tiny amount, making it feel like a scam.

It’s clear the owners care more about cutting costs than making decent sandwiches. Everything feels like it’s rationed to the extreme, which ruins the whole experience. If you’re looking for a satisfying sandwich, avoid this place and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Complete lack of service. I was asked what I wanted and that was it. Food was ok, made with minimal ingredients. Dining area seemed clean but it was understandably empty. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

The food was decent enough. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly enough, but the lady behind the counter was not. She had a glazed look about her, never smiled, and kept mumbling things under her breath in another language whenever my girlfriend and I would stand close to each other, hold hands, and when I gave her a little kiss. Maybe she was having an off day...? Either way, she made my visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. I couldn't wait to get my sandwich and leave.

So I understand when I order extra meat on a sandwich that I have to pay for that I get it but today I went in and I tried to order a wrap that had turkey and bacon and I wanted to sub out the bacon for salami and they said oh no we're going to have to charge you. So I walked right out and I said I will never step foot back in that place. Horrible customer service
