Avoid this subway at all costs!! Take the extra minutes to go to the subway location on Sterling Pkwy. Trust me, I'll save you disappointment. I already don't expect not much from a subway, simple, just go in and get your sandwich and out regardless if customer service sucks. NO, this specific location does not honor any of their promo signs that are posted in their store, nor do they allow their customers to sign into their MVP rewards to collect points. The workers rush you and only care for your money to pay. If I didn't have to worry about feeding my little sisters, I would have definitely left the place without taking the 3 sandwiches and paying just because their attitude needs a reality check. Like I said, don't even come here to give them a chance, everytime I've been here it's the same outcome.

The man worker didn't want us to enter our number for our rewards. He wouldn't allow us to get the free cookie after I had just signed up for the MVP Rewards Program and bought a sub, the sign clearly says if you buy a sub and first sign up for the rewards you are guaranteed a free cookie. The man worker did not give us our free cookie and told us to" just pay " even though we were asking to put our number in for the rewards. Terrible service.

The food was horrendous The service took an hour and 30 minutes for a small sub. And the ambience was horrible and there was nobody in there. I went in the store and the guy I had a beer belly and he had no shirt on. And I like it sloppy but my meatball sub I think had a human nut in it.

I'm come to this one a couple of times. Don't bother asking for anything light they just grab a hand full and put it on anyways. They should turn the music down if they can't hear people. I asked for light lettuce because I get flat bread. The employee put so much that it covers the whole sandwich so all you taste is lettuce.

I'm going to post a review because I know that franchise owners don't get enough publicity. More so here as this particular Subway location isn't on a busy intersection or main hub. I'll start with the dining experience. There isn't a lot of seating so customers are encouraged to order their food and go. I imagine they get a lot of lunch traffic from local contractors and service people who intended to do just that, so it's not a bad thing. There wasn't anyone else there when my party came here to order an early dinner. This location is clean. The sandwiches were good, neither sparse or overly generous on the toppings. I will be back here in the future as it is a convenient place to grab a satisfying lunch.

So, as far as cleanliness, this place was great! Super clean... but didn't smell like fresh bread like most Subways do. But bro! The lady who works there, has ZERO customer service skills. To the point where it was kinda awkward ordering from her. First of all, when I ordered my sandwich she assumed I was getting a foot long. So she started preparing it. I told her I'm just getting a 6 inch and she looked so annoyed! All you did was split the bread open sis, calm down. Like, why are you mad that you have to get a different piece of bread?? Or better yet, cut this loaf in half and put the other half back. Not a big deal! Anyway, every item she put on my sandwich was done with such attitude. She even put the mayo and mustard on aggressively to the point where it was way too much put on there. Then when it was time to pay, she didn't even tell me my total. She did her thing on the register. She didn't even put any napkins in the bag. Which I didn't notice until I was already gone. I'm glad this isn't my neighborhood subway.

Unfortunately this restaurant does not honor any coupons or discounts that they advertise they offer. Went there with my son for a mother son date and tried to place an order for two sandwiches with a coupon they offered, they refused to take it, refused to offer a reason why they wouldn't take it, and then were not the least bit friendly. I will never go back to this subway, there are other ones to chose from in Lincoln.
