Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this Subway location.
I ordered three footlong sandwiches (drinks and chips were separate), but after paying, I realized that the amount charged was completely unreasonable and far higher than the actual price of the sandwiches.
After I raised the issue, it took a long time for someone to come over. A person who claimed to be the manager finally arrived and, without offering any apology, slightly reduced the total. However, even after the adjustment, the price was still significantly higher than the correct price for the sandwiches.
Based on standard Subway pricing, three footlong sandwiches without drinks or chips should cost around $36, yet: • The first charge was more than three times the actual price • Even after correction, the amount charged was still more than double the correct price
When I questioned this again, I was told that the price could not be reduced any further and that their team would contact me later. It was very clear that the issue was not taken seriously.
The staff performance at this location was extremely disappointing: • Lack of transparency in pricing • Major errors in charging customers • Unprofessional attitude and no basic apology
This experience completely damaged my trust in this location. I do not recommend this Subway and strongly hope that upper management reviews their pricing practices and customer service standards.

Staff is extremely unfriendly and rude. Especially Stefania. They do not have any customer service skills and no patience for elderly customers asking questions. Asked for napkins and was refused because they put 2 in the bag for 2 messy subs. Food is good, but need new staff or some serious customer service training.

They should change the staff, they are not friendly to the customers until it seems like they don't want to work, they reluctantly eat the sandwiches until they are hungry if we go because of the bad

TL;DR: they put a metal partition around the meats so you can't see them make the sandwich. I believe so they can skip on the meat without you knowing.I've been coming here for about 3 years, every time I come to the casino. They recently added a metal partition, so you can't see the meats, which I thought was weird and didn't like. I tell the kid steak egg and cheese, and he asks if I want it toasted. I have to walk to the veggie side and look across to see my sandwich with no egg. I tell him I want egg and he pulls out 4, which they always use, decides I only need 3, hesitates and then decides I only need 2. I got a little mad and snapped at the kid to put a 3rd on there, and he does. But, I believe the point of that partition is so they can skip on the meats without you knowing.

My friend picked up my salad. Terrible customer service and product. Ordered a salad with spinach. Got no lettuce and only 10 leaves of spinach. Drowned it with ranch. Employees need to take more pride. If they are having a bad day they shouldn't be working.

I was on line for more than 30 minutes with just 4 people ahead of with.while waiting i notice it took the sandwich maker make 4 sandwiches for 1 customer only. How do they trained these workers?

The asian woman who started making my sandwich was busy ajd rude so she didnt give me enought time to choose my ingredients properly! when she put the ham and the cheese she starts baking it already but I wanted more ingredients on my sandwich. THATS UNRESPECTFULL! IF U ARE BUSY ITS NOT MY PROBLEM
