TL;DR: they put a metal partition around the meats so you can't see them make the sandwich. I believe so they can skip on the meat without you knowing.I've been coming here for about 3 years, every time I come to the casino. They recently added a metal partition, so you can't see the meats, which I thought was weird and didn't like. I tell the kid steak egg and cheese, and he asks if I want it toasted. I have to walk to the veggie side and look across to see my sandwich with no egg. I tell him I want egg and he pulls out 4, which they always use, decides I only need 3, hesitates and then decides I only need 2. I got a little mad and snapped at the kid to put a 3rd on there, and he does. But, I believe the point of that partition is so they can skip on the meats without you knowing.

the lady in the subway is very rude she keeps yelling at the costumer and very loud shes not supoose to talk like that to the costumer

My friend picked up my salad. Terrible customer service and product. Ordered a salad with spinach. Got no lettuce and only 10 leaves of spinach. Drowned it with ranch. Employees need to take more pride. If they are having a bad day they shouldn't be working.

This franchise is located inside the Thunder Valley Casino. My sister and I took our dad to his favorite casino for some slot machine fun. After a few hours we worked up an appetite. There is a food court area at the back of the casino, so we chose Subway for some sandwiches to go. I ordered my usual tuna 6" sub with all the fixings, dad got a meatball sandwich, while my sister got a vegetarian wrap. It is nice that they offer wraps for those who need to follow a strict gluten free diet. This is a very important option for my sister, or things can go wrong for her very fast...Our subs were prepared fresh and as expected according to the menu protocol. I wish we could have eaten on the premises, because getting home to eat was a ways away, so my sandwich was a bit soggy. My sister still doesn't like eating indoors in public because of past covid issues. Anyway, the food satisfied all of our hunger pangs. I still enjoy the occasional Subway sandwich when the chance arises.

Worst place I've ever been to. When you walk up it says enter here. We went through there. Then went to the window that says "order" we tried to order there and the lady behind there with I'm sure a college degree took the guy behind us saying well he was standing in line. It's very odd to me why she took that person instead of us since there is no sign saying anything especially nothing to the fact "wait here to order" her name is Aubrey and because of her we will never eat at this place again. I hope she sleeps well at night.

I was on line for more than 30 minutes with just 4 people ahead of with.while waiting i notice it took the sandwich maker make 4 sandwiches for 1 customer only. How do they trained these workers?

Me and my family have rooms at Thunder valley Casino in Lincoln ca. we had dinner at Subway . My pastrami sandwich had so much stringy fat meat every bite I took pulled all the meat and veggies from sandwich . It was horrible

This Subway is absolutely the best in the chain. The staff is always courteous and friendly, and for some reason the line is always short. The net result is a sandwich that is beyond compare. Any complaints are totally unfounded, as far as I'm concerned.

This is located inside the Thunder Valley Casino food court. Came here last Saturday 04/30/22 around 11pm and there was a line. The wait time to be served is pretty long but expected. I got my usual which is Tuna. I haven't had Subway in years and that night did not disappoint. I had the worker cut my 6" sub in half and shared it with my partner and that half was good to satisfy the late night bite.

I ordered the new tuna melt and would like to have shredded cheese on my sandwich. The two lady workers, one named Stefania, insisted that I couldn't have that cheese on there. Why? If they offered the choices then they should go with the customer's choice. I said that I ordered it it in the past, and it tasted fine. They still forced me to get the sliced cheese instead. I do not recommend this place.

The asian woman who started making my sandwich was busy ajd rude so she didnt give me enought time to choose my ingredients properly! when she put the ham and the cheese she starts baking it already but I wanted more ingredients on my sandwich. THATS UNRESPECTFULL! IF U ARE BUSY ITS NOT MY PROBLEM
