Horrible customer service. Rude behavior. Donut's are subpar. The comment section of the negative Google reviews are evident. Look at how she responds to people.

1.This donut shop is an absolute gem! The service was incredibly friendly and efficient, with staff always ready to offer recommendations. The donuts are the star of the show—fresh, soft, and flavorful. I tried the chocolate glazed and the maple bacon, and both were divine. The ambiance was cozy, with charming decor that made me feel right at home. Perfect spot to enjoy a treat with friends or family!

I've been here four times and haven't been able to get a single solitary donut yet. Go to Raley's or Safeway.

Those donuts are delicious.I had to double down on my order this time around because my first order, a week ago, incidentally ended up on the roof of my car as I was getting my son buckled in. Family loves it. We're definitely coming back. Lastly, you can sense the people there are of good character. That always makes the experience that much more memorable.

This place is never open at 11.
Usually the sold out sign is up by 9.
I’m not good at donut lottery it seems.
Like to have em but ordering a day ahead is not for me, sometimes I need an emergency Apple Fritter on short notice!

Donuts are great. But the way they have people pick up pre-orders needs to change. Someone picked up the wrong pre-order which left staff scrambling and no one to serve customers that didn't have a preorder. Having preorders distributed by a staff member might help so customers who can't read don't pick up the wrong order. So I left very disappointed as it wasn't going to be resolved in a timely manner. OK I'm cranky because I really wanted a treat this morning but seriously the distribution needs to be improved.
