This cafe located inside Thunder Valley casino is a wonderful place to eat. I was pleasantly surprised. We were headed to a show at The Venue and the High Steaks Steak House was booked. So we opted for the cafe. Do not let the name fool you as they have top notch food. Great and super fast service and the quality of food was great! They are more than a cafe. We ate dinner and breakfast the next morning at this cafe. We loved everything. The prices were right on also. They also have a bakery with yummy fresh backed goods! I highly recommend the cafe and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this restaurant so much we ate here 3 times over 2 days. The food was perfect no matter what we tried. They have such an extensive menu with something for everyone. It's well-curated and all perfectly seasoned and flavorful. Portion sizes are huge! The pizza was massive and the fish & chips were shared size. They were also the best we've had since England, so well done. All of our servers and staff were so very nice, attentive, and accommodating. This place is a hidden gem that I would go to even if not staying at the casino.

They don’t take reservations but you can put your name on a list and they’ll call ya when they call you. We came here on Memorial Day. Put my name on the list for 12 ppl and got seated at 2pm. Both the food and service was very good. All the food was fresh, presented beautiful and the service was pretty quick. I will be back

Is thunder valley accommodating to people in wheelchairs? We purchased ticket for the Wilson Phillips concert May 30th. I have been on a cancellation list for my left total knee replacement surgery, originally in sept but they had a cancellation for last Tuesday (OF COURSE I TOOK IT)
I called thunder valley today after reading on website that they do have disabled accessible seating to confirm & to see what I might need to do ahead of time instead of just showing up and making it their problem. I was advised I could show up earlier in the day to talk to security? Also we have ushers that can help you to your seat? Uh NO I must remain in the wheelchair as to keep my leg elevated ( it can’t be down longer than 10-15 minutes for any length of time.
All I’m trying to find out is ARE you able to accommodate me and if not then please refund my 2 tickets.
I asked for a supervisor but she was busy, said I’ll get a call tomorrow.
We shall see.

Amateur hour behind the grill. It's gotten progressively worse recently. Service and atmosphere are great, but it's meaningless if it's not supported by a competent line.
They no longer accept spa finder gift cards at the spa. I just went here a month ago and used it and now I have 115$ left on the card that I intended to use here and cannot. The manager said I had to wait 20 mins if I wanted to speak to her but that there was nothing she would do about it. she said I should have been told in my confirmation call but I went back and listened to the voicemail they left and no mention of it. Not even an apology except from the front desk. Not sure I will come back just because of rudeness of this policy change. Larry is a masseuse and absolutely amazing though. not his fault.

I always love dining at thunder Cafe it's 24/7 and the service is always great whatever time you decide to dine in at 12pm or 3am in the morning. I go here when I lose all my money and feel better when I eat lol I had great service from the waiter Edward emeseralda I think I spell the last name wrong. 😅 sorry for not a bigger tip but decided to give you great review on Google hope this helps out

This is our first time visiting the Thunder Cafe and we chose wisely. The restaurant was clean . Our server Edward was by far the best of any server we’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable about the menu and sold us on the Prime Rib. “Served Only after 2pm”. We ordered 2 ,10oz & 1,16oz Prime Rib Steaks with Mixed Vegetables& Baked Potatoes. Oh my goodness the steak cut like butter and seasoned well. We will be back and request Edward. Hats off to the kitchen staff.

My sister in law and I were very disappointed with the service we received by our server (Zelma) when it came to the payment fiasco! Everything was fabulous and wonderful until when im trying to pay for our order with a gift card.... (didnt think it would difficult since it was a THUNDER VALLEY gift card given to an employee by Thunder Valley themselves...) and previously we went and got the total amount on the gift card at the gift shop, so we knew exactly how much was on there. So come to payment time, im not sure what happened she slid the card multiple times on one register and wasnt working, then tried an ipad multiple times and didnt work, then tried to use a complete different terminal and still didnt work.. so the lady asked for my ID (ME VERY CONFUSED AT THIS POINT) She said she was calling a supervisor to figure out whats going on with my id info and then didnt even have my gift card at this time either. She comes back and says she talked to her supervisor and they said that i only had 56 points and i couldnt use that for payment. I then even more confused, trying to explain im not paying with points, and she kept bringing up players club card and how i must have used the points else where. Then my sister in law had to point out on the back of the GIFT CARD, how we couldnt even use that at slots. She was very argumentative and really she was treating us like we were stupid... and saying we were the mistaken ones.. eventually she finally asked a manager for help after ALL OF THIS, and the gift card went through no problem with a remaining balance. But communication skills are most key in this environment.... First time ive been back since ng fiance and i had got food poisoning from them and this is the experience we get!! I will absolutely never go back. Other hand food was phenomenal this time around, we will miss tremendously!!
