Lived in Lincoln my whole life quite possibly the worst Mexican food I’ve ever eaten. Someone should definitely investigate this place for money laundering because there’s no way they They stayed open this long, terrible Mexican food

Ordered their "Urbano's Original [beef] Tacos". They were terrible. The beef was like cubes of beef jerkey...very tough and extremely dry.
The service and atmosphere were OK (2.5). The waitress arriving for work as we were leaving seemed much more friendly, so if you try this place, I'd recommend arriving after 430pm.
Unfortunately, we've put this place on our 'never go back' list.

Shame on you guys for trying to sell authentic Mexican food. I found a hair in my food too. Absolutely disgusting! Do not eat here! ZERO STARS!

Came a few months ago and forgot to leave a review. I had come I with my mom and ordered the nachos. At some point I had asked for extra sour cream but I guess I had been way more full than I thought because I wasn't able to eat anymore shortly after. Since I didn't use too much of the sour cream, I guess for whatever reason, the server started telling another employee about this in Spanish.
I'm Hispanic but I English is my first language and I sound as Californian as possible as I'm from the bay. But I also understand Spanish even without having the slightest accent. He basically said "why the heck is this person ordering extra sour cream if they aren't going to eat it" as if it's their business why I'm not finishing it. It left me in a bad mood. Mind your own damn business.

7 people...every dish was bland. Service not good. Place was empty (not surprised)..very disappointing..

I love this place!!

Received a coupon in the mail as a new local resident for a free entree welcoming us into the neighborhood. They did not honor the free entree and only took off an appetizer. The waiter had great customer service but the chili relleno had a tiny pepper with a large batter. Chicken enchilada was good as was the chimichanga

Fast service and food was tasty

From living in Antelope, Ca/Sacramento county for 18 years I can honestly say the biggest disappointment about Lincoln is the food from the Hispanic, Mexican, Asian and Indian food all of it is SO BLAND. The best food in Lincoln are the fast food burgers or the one red robin we have. The few positive things I can say about this place is the fast service and the fact the staff is friendly. Other than that this is not a traditional Mexican restaurant. The food is bland, they don't have margaritas, or traditional Mexican drinks such as horchata or Jamaica. The rice never has that strong tomato taste and taste just like regular white rice. Salsa is good and made homemade. I continue to comeback because this is the best Mexican spot in Lincoln and this alone should speak volumes..
