I love everything about Wise Villa, the food, the staff, the wine, the view! It's truly my favorite place!

Dr. Leigh was amazing. The wine tour was so beautiful. He was so informative and gave us so much information about how wine is made and what the difference is between European wines versus California wines and specifically the Appalachia of Placer County and how it's different and since we live in Placer County, this was very helpful for us to understand. My husband and I were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary and we felt just completely taken care of. I would recommend this to anyone who loves beautiful atmosphere excellent wine, and excellent food and amazing service.

We absolutely love Wise Villa and come every week. Erik and all of the staff are so customer oriented. The food is excellent and fairly priced. The wine! Of course the wine!!!! The ambience and beauty cannot be beat! Love it!'

We had our family, with two young boys, 8 & 12. They easily accommodated us and have a children's menu. The adults shared a bottle of their Reserve Chardonnay and ordered their chicken sandwich and the olive bowl as an appetizer. Delicious & excellent service

Beautiful day, good food, service, and a great place to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We plan a return trip this spring to eat outdoors.

Wise Villa did a fantastic job in making New Year's Eve dinner a special occasion. They started by taking your photograph at the entryway and giving you hard copies and digital copies. Then at the front concierge table they handed you a complimentary glass of their Blanc de Blanc as they checked you in. The food, wine and service were all excellent. All in all a great evening!!!

Great wine, delicious food, friendly service. We highly recommend the Steak Bites and the Ragu with the Wisdom of Wise red blend.

A little o the pricey side. We had our dog with us and we were informed that only service animals are allowed. We had not been in few years so we're not aware of the policy change. There were at least two other groups with pets.

Wise Villa Winery and Restaurant is a hidden gem and a "go-to" for any afternoon or early evening adventure. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and provide superior service. Their food is consistently high quality and well presented . . . and you can't go wrong paring any of their excellent wines with your meal. Not sure . . can't decide? Every staff member can recommend perfect parings that compliment your meal as well as meeting your personal tasting preferences. If you haven't been . . go, and like us, you will be coming back regularly.

Friendly staff and amazing food!  The grounds are beautiful. We did a wine tasting at the bar and then had dinner. The wine was delicious and the food did not disappoint. 

We had lunch on an afternoon in the fall, a great time to enjoy the view at Wise Villa. The food was delicious the service was fast and friendly, and the vineyards were in fine fall colors.

This is a country gem well worth the extra few miles to enjoy its beauty and peaceful setting. We had a very delicious dinner and blackberry sauce topped cheesecake desert. Highly recommend. We even went back for lunch on Sunday. Maybe not for everyone but i you appreciate fine service and deliciously prepared meals you won't be disappointed.
