I don't understand. This places has given me chunky matcha, watery fraps and burnt shots. I've called and returned. I literally looked at the guy in the eyes and said please don't burn my shots and he poured in burned shots into my drink. I know this is a service job and it doesn't pay a lot, but these are expensive drinks, people are paying for something and it's not something undrinkable. Please help and get training on this place ASAP.

My experience has always been a five star until today when it was a female instead of male I normally get and even with me being at the window before she got there with my coffee and food she opened the window and instead of handing it to me sat my coffee cup down on the dirty layer of dirt I could see ledge.. if you are not going to clean it why put food items on it? At 6 in the morning you would think it would be clean or not use it? I had to leave without it because if I wanted camp coffee I would just make my own and sit outside in the yard right? Thank you to my normal five star barista .. you are still five stars just not this one

We drove all the way from the East Coast to come see the Sequoia Forest. When we got to the park gate, we were informed we would need chains on our tires if we were to see the trees. With it being so late, we had no time to get chains for the tires and thus, had to turn back. Needless to say this was a great moment of sadness, as seeing the Sequoia Forest has been a lifelong mission. In order to ease the sorrow of this great loss, we decided to get a treat at Starbucks, this Starbucks. We got there and a wonderful woman took our order and listened to our brief lament about how we lost out on our mission (This was Monday evening, March 31, 2025). Her kindness and true leadership literally brought us out of our slump and made our day. Please treat this wonderful woman really, really good as she is the ultimate leader. We can't thank her enough for her kind, much needed words and wise, wise initiative! And yes, we are keeping this cup forever!!!

Wish they had customer service awareness, wanted a modified drink that they clearly put on my screen and added my total never did she said they were not able to do it. Waited about 20 minutes in the line just to get to the window and tell me they can’t charge me for it and say well I’m not from this store. Okay never did I ask if you were obviously y’all just don’t care about the customer. Asked for a manager now there’s no manager a simple drink and interactions with the barista is why some people visit these places but baristas that are just there to work make the interaction unwelcoming.
