This chain in popular for a reason - good drinks, friendly service. We've visited this shop many times, but an experience we had took some of the admiration away. It was just us and a car in front of us in the drive thru. Car ahead ordered, then we did too. Within a couple of minutes the car ahead got their drinks, but didn't move. The barista was chatting with them, and took so long that someone actually brought our order out to us, still trapped in line. We drank about half our drinks before he finally shut up and they drove off.

I’ve been going to this location religiously since they opened and I have always had a positive experience. The broistas are all super friendly and I’ve had several of them make the effort to remember my order. The drinks are always perfect! Lately I started ordering ahead every morning before work and my drink is ALWAYS ready and exactly what I ordered. Seriously cannot say enough positive things about this crew!

I get that this location is fairly new but someone needs to help these kids that are running this DB place. Extremely long wait time. Staff were not friendly at all. This place isn't a DB place at all. The sign may say DB but the staff ruined it.
