Don't count on this place being open. I swear half the time that I try to come in, I work mornings locally, they are closed. I've been to this location maybe 6 times and seriously 4 of those times they've had cones in the drive thru. They NEED to take down that 24hr drive thru sign because it is so false. I have also been straight up ignored in the lobby, look I don't expect much from Jack in the box but this by far the least consistent location I've been to. It is very unfair that the shop and the map both say this location is open when it is NOT. I'm not sure how thara allowed.

This was interesting, wanted tacos and they didn't have the regular ones, charged me an extra dollar and gave monster tocos.tacos. Tacos were good.

They told me to pull into the parking lot (lots of open spots!) because they were struggling with the two tacos part of my order but maybe they should have focused more on my chicken sandwich because it was an abomination. The single, sad piece of lettuce made me want to vomit lol

Worst jack in the box in the area. Horrible service everytime we go. Constantly having to pull around and wait for food you eventually have to go inside to remind them of because they have no concept of fast food. Let alone the fact the order is almost never correct.

Outdated menu outside, long wait time, put jalapeño poppers in the kids meal instead of chicken nuggets, the tortillas for the wrap were stale.
Although we are very lucky to have Jack in the box in live oak. The location is kind of weird. Hard to get in and out. It seemed to take a long time for us to get our food. And it was very hard to hear the person through the drive-thru speaker. The food is to be expected tasted just like other Jack in The boxs. Would love to see a bit of a faster delivery. But overall are happy that it's so close to us.

I've been there 3 times, and 3 times been very disappointed...order Sauced & Loaded Wedges, they say they're out of them every time, drive thru been closed 2 of the times, they ignore you when you're at the counter, they've turned away customers who could only pay cash. I think I'll drive over to the YC location from now on, they're always on point!
