We discovered The Waffle House in Oroville a few years ago and we go there alot going up Camping as there is room in the parking lot for truck and trailer. We were so excited you came to Live Oak and now we can go there too as we live in Gridley. We love the food and the staff both great always

We ate here on Veterans Day for the first time. I was impressed with the menu, that offered so many breakfast options as well as a huge lunch menu. We tried several breakfast dishes but definitely want to go back for burgers and sandwiches. Very friendly service as well.

This place has officially become my mom and I’s go-to breakfast spot! We’re always greeted with the sweetest smiles and the best service from everyone there—and the food never misses. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and feels like home. We haven’t tried the new brunch menu yet, but now that they have mimosas and Bloody Marys… I fear we may be moving in every weekend 😅
