I used to work for the restaurant as a hostess and the managers treated all the hostesses like trash and didnt care if we were sick. The managers would give us tasks that we didnt know how to do before hand then get mad at us for not doing them correctly. Food was alright usually until the last few weeks i worked there like the food and drinks started getting either cold or tasted bland and had no flavor. The managers are pushy and would push their employees around like nothing and start to complain about us standing up front to get ready to sit people for like 5 minutes and act like there are things to do in the restaurant when the restaurant had no one or barely anyone there. I got in trouble multiple times for calling out sick or for certain important family events. And they would try to tell me to find someone else for my shift, like isnt that your job as manager. The waiters were always super nice and helpful and the same goes for the other hostesses but sadly we had bad management so obviously we werent wanting to work at our full potential. Pay was also mediocre and not enough for the work we would have to do. And on multiple occasions i would have to stay late even though i had told the managers on duty ahead of time that i would not be able to stay late due to me either having very important doctors appointments in the mornings or having to walk home late at night which is super dangerous. Wouldnt recommend working or eating there.

So i came in with my kid and when we had to wait 1 hour to be seated and when we were seated our table was dirty and had sticky residue everywhere. Then we waited to get our order taken for 30 minutes when there were only 2 other tables taken in the restaurant. When we got our food their was hair in my sons food and it looked completely disgusting and unappetizing so when we sent it back the manager never came to see us and when we ordered a different meal for my son it looked fine but as soon as we got home he was having really bad stomach problems and ended up having to go to the er. service was terrible other than the friendly hostesses who apologized for out bad experience like give this girl a raise. The atmosphere of the restaurant was bland and boring no personality or originality like how are you gonna own a restaurant and not make it look nice. Also the restaurant was very warm and felt like it was just gonna make us sick, also our drinks tasted like sparkling water and not the good kind. Hope this restaurant gets shut down for the bad service and environment.

Absolutely disgusting I was eating with my kids in the section near where the employees sit and I saw a woman outside the back door with her breasts out and when i told an employee they said they can’t do anything about. Food is mediocre and tastes bland, service is terrible and the restaurant smells of mold and piss.

I went to lunch with my daughter at this location yesterday, 3/6 placed our order! That was it! Got our drinks, & my cup of COLD SOUP. We waited OVER 30 minutes NO FOOD yet! How long does it take for 2 burgers?Asked different waitress ( ours never came back) if she could get our server or manager. No one showed for another 10 minutes! FINALLY the manager came over & asked what the problem was —we explained!NO FOOD!Other customers came in after us and had already been served their food. We said we are leaving - how much do we owe for drinks & a cup of COLD soup? He said will have to figure it out & left. I said what do you have to figure out? (DUMMY)$5 for my drink $5.00 the lemonade & $5.00 for cup of soup! DA? I gave $15 to the bar, & said you can eat the rest. The manager should have said- I will comp the drinks, & how can I make this right! Instead of walking away!CAN’T RATE THE FOOD WE DID’T GET!!

Date Night with applebee's we did the 2 for 25. My wife said the new cheese/chicken was soooo good,I got the riblet platter. It was good and we had so much food for $25. We did dine out and it was so easy. We date night at home and this is great.

Haven't been here in forever. My daughter wanted to come so we did. The food last night was not good. Lumpy queso, cold wings. My dinner was soggy, weird tastimg broccoli, tasteless gluey mashed potatoes, and overly salty chicken skillet. Server was nice, but I'll never spend money here again.
