The teenage girls that work there are awful. Asked one to please remake a watery milkshake for me and my daughter and they refused lol. I get this is a very unserious job but at least have some customer service skills or empathy for people paying like $7 for a milkshake super ridiculous.

I ordered a pint of baseball nut ice cream and when I got home and opened it I was so disappointed. The guy working there filled it less than 3/4 full. At $8.99 a pint, I would expect it to be full!!

🤦♂️Horrible experience today at this location. I went in with my little daughter today around 7:30pm because she wanted some ice cream. They 3 young girls on staff directly saw us walking in yet failed to acknowledge us or greet us for some reason. More people kept coming in behind us and they literally kept skipping us and ignoring us for like about 15 minutes . I did my best to keep my cool and not get upset, finally after about 30 minutes thats when I lost it and finally got loud at one of the girls working and said “excuse we’ve been waiting can we get some service please?” She seems upset like it was my fault for calling them out 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ . My intention was to order other stuff and at then end I gave up because I could tell she was just as upset as I was ,So I just got a scope for my daughter and she charged me $5.19 for a scope that didn’t even seem like a full scope?? It’s like what the heck Baskin Robbins!! ?? This is not what you guys are about or what going to Baskin Robbins as a kid is supposed to be about. It doesn’t surprise me after seeing all the other bad reviews on here and also seeing that no one from corporate of Baskin Robbins doesnt seem to answer or care 🤷🏻♂️ Definitely won’t be coming back here or recommending this place

Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of the tiniest scoop of ice cream ever... and they weighed it? A kids scoop is $4.39 and a regular, single scoop is $4.79. I just went to a Handel's Ice Cream and I got 4 scoops of ice cream for $7.75. I know things are getting expensive, but it's just not worth it anymore to go to Baskin Robbins!!

I stopped by today hoping to make a purchase, but the experience was frustrating from the start. I stood near the counter for about 15 minutes while several employees walked past and never acknowledged me—no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you.” After waiting with zero recognition, I left without buying anything.
I understand that staff can be busy, but a simple nod or “we’ll be right with you” shows basic respect for customers’ time. Until the team is trained to acknowledge guests promptly, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this location.

So everything’s fine up until we have to pay, we hand this lady a gift card and ask her how much is on it. she was giving us so much attitude for no reason, same thing with the other lady after we asked her simple question. “how much is on the gift card”. Then we asked something else to be sure there’s no misunderstanding and bothkept rolling her eyes. I know that place has a good reputation for their ice cream but those two lady’s did not give us respectful service. Fix your work situation!
