Great wines! Spectacular tasting rooms! Lovely folks! We are in our 80's and have more wine than we can possibly drink! We've dropped out of all the other wine clubs we been in, but we just can't let go of Berghold. They are the best!

Relaxing atmosphere for wine tasting in pretty much someone's backyard, that happens to be a vineyard. Their tasting menu had a combo of reds and whites. Great family wines and personable service!

We met Mrs. Berghold who came to chat. Such an admirable lady with her pup. Loved this experience quite a lot especially cuz it was with my sis. This is one of her fave places.

They allow you to bring your own charcuterie, or you can purchase their unique varieties. Inside are some handmade giftables and a gallery of antique furnishings. Everything was attractive, seriously, even the bathrooms (giggle snorts).

During our visit there was a birthday and anniversary from a couple of groups. That tells you how special this place is. So special that there is a members only lounge. Wow, though, when you see the interior!

The winery is beautiful…. I recommend bringing your joy and open your mind for a lifetime experience…. The wines specially Crankcase and Footstomp are my favorites and worth every dime ??

Although service was better when the older men served, it is still always a great experience at Berghold.

Wow, so conflicted on this place. The grounds are beautiful and the tasting room reminds me of Munich. The wines are OK, but the serving staff seemed a bit clueless about the wines. Their Viognier was in an ice bucket and so cold that there was no chance of tasting any fruit. There were a couple of decent reds on the tasting bar (as well as a port), but the floor had cases of other wines (Sangiovese and a Cote-Rotie style) that were real deals.

Always friendly, some of the best wines in the valley! The staff always treats you like a friend, not like a customer, so much better.

I am giving a 3 star review because the wine here is phenomenal. I would argue they produce some of the best Zinfandel in the area, but the service is awful and most pourers are especially rude. They need to reconsider changing the serving staff here.

I am contemplating canceling my membership. Wines are good. Employees are always nice but the owner Kay? She is racist. We wanted to buy something which she overpriced and when we declined she asked if we knew where the money went to. We said No. She proceeded to say that the money goes to her son whim has medical issues and no insurance. Then she says HE has no insurance yet all the illegals do! Mind you I am Mexican and so were the other 2 guests that accompanied me. I later wondered who works on the vineyard?
