Worse experience ever, this is how the biscuits were brought to the table with cold gravy and over cooked browned eggs and a tiny piece of ham. When I brought this to the attention of our server Christina she just shrugged, giggled and walked away. Very unacceptable presentation to the table and poor customer service. We used to love Black Bear, but will not be returning after this morning.
I’m a Veteran I and my wife decided to go to the Lodi location off of Kettleman Ln yesterday I order the prime rib. The waitress came back 20-30mins later and said that they lost our order, so had to re-order our food. When I got my prime rib steak I thought something was wrong with it and even asked my wife, I flipped it over on the other side. It wasn’t cooked at all on the other side and still raw and pink.
