I went to this location after not finding a Mod Pizza in the area. Let me say this whole review will be based off of comparison to Mod Pizza because that is pretty much what they are a knock off of.
First off, the prices, $12.99 for a "create your own" with unlimited toppings +$4 if you want thicker crust. Mod Pizza is $12.49 for the same thing with thicker crust.
Next, the toppings, very limited, compared to Mod, and when I went there, they were out of mushrooms and red onions, two of the toppings I wanted. Mod, has two different types of tomatoes, two different types of garlic, twice as many meat options, twice as many sauces, cheese, you name it.
The service, employees and speed. We came in at around 3:30pm on a Monday (Columbus Day), it was dead, not a single customer. One employee came from the back, took me and my dad's order. Took about 20 min for 2 pizzas and cheese bread. The total was $43 for 2 pizzas, cheese bread and 2 drinks. It would have been $10 less at Mod Pizza.
The taste. Also Mod Pizza would have tasted a lot better. The pizza has hardly any taste. I had pepperoni, ham, bacon, chicken, olives, and tomatoes, - the mushrooms and red onions in couldn't get, and still it was terrible. The cheese bread also had no taste, and it was hard. Even with marinara sauce, it was just all bad in general. Especially with how much it cost, it was definitely not worth the price and I will not be going back!
Obviously Mod Pizza has them beat. I'm telling you, if you haven't tried Mod Pizza, they are way better, and you'll save some money.

The regional manager tells employees to relabel week old expired sauce as new sauce. They also had the entire staff working while sick. Most people I talk to said they're order gets messed up here, or they get food poisoning.

Always a hit and miss. They can never be consistent.
This time my pizza (a high rise) was flatter than cardboard. After paying $40 dollars I expect my pizzas to be perfect, not burnt. The cashier didn’t bother to say “you’re welcome” after saying thank you.
I ate 2 slices and threw the rest of the pizza away. I wasn’t going to complain because by that point, I’d already made up my mind that I was not going to return to this location.

How do I come in to a pizza place and forced to pay 4 dollars more or leave because they say the press isn't working. There's no way to use a roller or any sort at a pizza place to flatten dough. Both machines apparently don't work and can't even get a normal pizza. Honestly I think because they are closing soon I was once told they were closed at 8: 30 kinda of frustrating from a good pizza place.
Last week I placed an order for 2 pizzas. When I got the the pizzas were ready I was very thankful since I live 35 minutes away from there. My biggest mistake was I didn't check my order. when I got home I opened my piazza and it was completely wrong. The label on the piazza box was right but the piazza inside was totally wrong. I took some time getting through to someone to get the order right. When I returned the gentleman had the right pizza for me after 2 hours of driving back and forth I had the right piazza. The upsetting part the didn't offer any for there mistake. He apologized but I feel like both pizzas should have been remade for my inconvenience.

Went to Blaze today to cash in on the $5.00 coupon offer if we purchased $15.00 worth of food. But the email didn't explain how I could redeem it unless I ordered online! Even though I said I would be eating it in the restaurant, the website STILL WOULD NOT let me redeem the coupon unless I ORDERED ONLINE! The Blaze website sucks as it wouldn't allow me to add more than one sauce. So, I quit my order online. Went to the restaurant on Lower Sac and Mel, the store manager, was quite helpful! She figured it out for me and I got the pizza I wanted!!

Can’t rate the food since I didn’t get any. Walked in stood in the line for a few min. No one could be bothered to come out and take my order. Could hear them talking in the back. They didn’t come out till I already walked out the door and got in my truck to leave….. oh well I’ll go somewhere
