Terrible, I keep going back hoping the food will be better, but nope! Wings are DRY, I paid extra to add queso on my fries and they added about a tablespoon of it 👎🏻

Everything was perfect 👍 service awesome food awesome, even had UFC ppv fights going 😁 I would recommend going if you are thinking about don't hesitate 😜

It was our first time there, we had a gift certificate. We loved the food (great variety). It's a wonderful atmosphere and place to dine inside or out. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Happy Anniversary to us.

We ordered the Tuesday 2 for $19.99 special . 1was spicy Garlic traditional wings with potato wedges the other was Asian Zing traditional with potato wedges. The wings from both orders were so dry and flavorless ( except for the sauces that seemed to be drizzled over long ago cooked wings ) , was very disappointing . Wings should be well cooked and flavourfull as well as tender so can be easily pulled or sucked right off the bone . We wont be back ! Special or not it was very disappointing

Had the worst service ever at this location. The waitress rarely came by. We had a group of 5 and food for 2 people came out and the rest didn't come out for nearly 20 more minutes. It was ridiculous. The waitress didn't even try to inform us or explain any delays. Won't go back there.

Wish I could give them a zero. Worth service ever, ordered a take out at 6pm and I went in at 7:30pm to pick up. Initially they said they are bagging it. Been 30 mins and the guy comes out and says it’s the kitchen didnot get the order. And says they will make it again and can’t give me an ETA.

Waited an hour to snack on three mozzarella sticks. Ten ninety nine for six sticks lol. seventeen ninety nine for ten buffalo wings no fries and sauce was cold. Burger was ok but fries were stale and semi cold. Freezing cold in this place.Waitress disappeared for twenty more minutes and we had to flag down bar tender to get the check. We decided to give this place another try after last visit waited twenty minutes at front and employees never acknowledged us just kept walking by. For the price it could be better honestly.

EDIT: Someone from BWW responded to my review saying to go to the website and click on "orders and visits". There is no "orders and visits."
Don't get nachos, they don't melt the cheese or warm the chips, and the guac has way too much citrus.

Great foods... hello, i still haven't heard anything from the manager about my application status...what is the best time and day to come in to see the manager and have a conversation about my application status...??? This is Coney again.

Again took more than 30 minutes to be greeted and our orders taken and even then food came out cold and missing items. Place and service has gone downhill unfortunately.
