Not really fast for fast food and not particularly good service. By the time I got my fries they were cold. They should be piping hot during lunch time.

Those teenage girls/young adult females lollygag at work. Messing orders up. I ordered double whopper with cheese, there weren't any cheese and missing the second patty. My BBQ and Ranch is also missing on the bag. Their demeanor and attitude feels like they're being interrupted from talking about girls stuff when there's a customer on the speaker then window. Make sure you check your bag, make them wait, because they are itching for you to get out of their drive-thru window.

everytime i want a shake i come @ 10 and thats the time they usually close the ice cream machines down and the girl always leaves it on for me for a couple minutes and always knows my order ? + she cute and wasn't disrespectful when i told her... most girls in this world nowa days woulda gave you a face and probably spit in yo food!

All the workers here are rude and super short when they talk to you (if they do) I've never walked into a lobby to order before and managed to order and pay without ever hearing the cashiers voice!

Today was my last day giving this Burger King a chance. Every single time I come through the drive thru the employees are extremely rude. The last 2 times my husband, and I, went through the drive thru he asked the employee to repeat his order. They tell him to just read it on the screen. Do they take into consideration that some customers might have low vision or can’t read?! We are no longer going to this location after today.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone. Burger King reynolds ranch the rudest, the worst service, the worst attitude from anyone claiming to be a manager I've ever experience. Good thing there's still McDonald's and Jack n the Box.

I went in yesterday( 03/11/23). I wanted to give credit to the both ladies working there. I was sitting in the drive through lane for a while with several cars ahead of me. As I finally get to the window I found out there’s only two of them working rushing to get the orders out and everything. Regardless of this i was greeted very politely at the speaker and at the window. Everything on my order was correct. Very impressed with their service.

Very bad customer service, but he employees are very rude and impolite. They treat the customers as if the customer gets the order for free. On drive thru I had an order on Friday around 3 pm the employees were very discussing.

Can't get too excited about any fast food. Meanwhile, our burgers and chicken strips were all fresh, hot and good! The lady who took orders and handled the pay and delivery was pleasant and seemed to not hate her job! Also exterior was clean.
