this place was really good I had the French toast and I got a side of the steak cut french fries and all of the food was delicious and tge service was very fast I was thoroughly surprised. The staff were very nice. For two people came out to around 50 dollars so a bit pricey but it's honestly very worth it.

So tired of paying big bucks for food that tastes like cardboard. But California Al’s did not disappoint. Absolutely the best burger in Lodi❗️ Large portions, EXCELLENT flavor. Fresh handmade burger patty with all the trimmings.

I have gone to California als a few times. I only go for breakfast since I’m gluten free and that’s when they have the most options for me. I wish they offered gluten free pancakes or gluten free toast or sandwiches.

When I need a place to take family or friends out to breakfast, this is my go-to-place.
The portions are large here. The sourdough cheeseburger was good, the onion rings were okay. My friend ordered the veggie scramble and it came with a huge pancake! She liked her scramble and the pancake was good too.
