there was a HAIR in my chicken tender. the person serving our food had no hair net so she obviously was flourishing her hair and it fell in the fryer. so disgusting!! im so disappointed in you. should have gone to burger king, they would never betray me like this. 😡😢 it was so hot in here too, my friends face was all red from how hot. there was also PEE on the toilet. do NOT go here. this place is so foul and poopy.

Their charbroiled chicken club was disgusting. The chicken tasted and felt as if it had been soaked in water for two days then attempted to be grilled for two minutes after. No usual sauce flavor that I remember it being marinated in before being grilled either. Plain, tasteless watery tasting "soft" chicken hiding in mayo lettuce tomato bacon bun. Not enough mayo in the world to fix that. $9.00 down the drain...

Great Service! The young man in drive thru was extremely helpful on explaining the new menu since it was completely changed! Super happy they brought back the Diablo burger will definitely be coming back as a regular thank you thank you!!

Stopped in this evening after work on my way to get the kids from practice and order a #16 NO SAUCE, no pickles, kids allergic to mayo.Pick it up in the drjve through and it was COVERED in sauce, like His hard is it to get an order CORRECT!!!For God sake their pay here in California is going up to $20 an hour and they STILL can't get a simple order CORRECT.I walked in and dropped it off back at the cash register and walked out.They got me for $10. It's okay.The company seems to need the money more than I do.

Came here and ain't the worst burger I have tasted ever. I did contact corporate and they helped me a bit . Have any issues try contacting them .
Lodi,Kettleman lane Carls Jr.,Ordered two combos,manager lady barely spoke English. Out of zucchini for a while,,, Clearly spoke my order on 1st combo, she asked for each item all over twice. Got second combo order wrong asked again. Had to reconfirm drinks at window as she still got them wrong. Asked to pull up front and wait which is normal THERE even with no cars behind me at all. Bags brought by a nice guy though had no straws,asked and he nicely brought two. Drove off,got home,no medium fries in the bag from 1st combo and onion rings for 2nd are not fully cooked hot and breading is cjed on nasty. Called from ho e teice,no answer, 2nd time been shorted a fry there in two weeks. Shame,been a go to for years,service/food been going downhill for a while now,especially for the high prices. Stopping going to that location. Two many probs over last year or so.

My husband and I came inside for a quick lunch and were greeted by the manager with a smile and who answered our questions knowledgeably. Our food came out quickly, everything was fresh and to our liking. The restaurant was pristine and clean with nice music in the background. We live nearby and will continue to bring our service to this location due to such a warm experience.
Parking: Plenty of open spaces to park on both sides of the building
Kid-friendliness: Lots of seating, high chairs available, and booths available for kids.
