First of all I came in with my kids for my day off to enjoy a meal at carl’s jr in lodi, Immediately as i walk in i feel a burst of hotness i was let known by an employee that the ac was out, everytime i come into this carl’s jr the ac is out!!! i was sweating just waiting on my order these workers looked so red i almost felt like calling osha. I was greeted by christian and yohan i believe his name was customer service is great both workers helped me very much ! The only bad thing about this place is the Ac no one should be working in this type of environment i had to take my food to go because of the ac my daughter felt very sick eating there If this doesn’t get fixed soon osha will shut it down!!

The hamburger was a big Carl with fries and a drink. I haven't had Carl's Jr in years and I the burger was delicious. I will be going back again soon.
there was a HAIR in my chicken tender. the person serving our food had no hair net so she obviously was flourishing her hair and it fell in the fryer. so disgusting!! im so disappointed in you. should have gone to burger king, they would never betray me like this. 😡😢 it was so hot in here too, my friends face was all red from how hot. there was also PEE on the toilet. do NOT go here. this place is so foul and poopy.

Their charbroiled chicken club was disgusting. The chicken tasted and felt as if it had been soaked in water for two days then attempted to be grilled for two minutes after. No usual sauce flavor that I remember it being marinated in before being grilled either. Plain, tasteless watery tasting "soft" chicken hiding in mayo lettuce tomato bacon bun. Not enough mayo in the world to fix that. $9.00 down the drain...

Great Service! The young man in drive thru was extremely helpful on explaining the new menu since it was completely changed! Super happy they brought back the Diablo burger will definitely be coming back as a regular thank you thank you!!
Stopped in this evening after work on my way to get the kids from practice and order a #16 NO SAUCE, no pickles, kids allergic to mayo.Pick it up in the drjve through and it was COVERED in sauce, like His hard is it to get an order CORRECT!!!For God sake their pay here in California is going up to $20 an hour and they STILL can't get a simple order CORRECT.I walked in and dropped it off back at the cash register and walked out.They got me for $10. It's okay.The company seems to need the money more than I do.
