The short old lady taking orders handed me my pickup and off the bat I noticed it was agua Fresca I didn’t ask for. Mind you they never reached out to see if I would like a different drink they just replaced it with whatever they wanted. I’ve worked at restaurants and you ALWAYS check with the customer to see if they’d like something else if something is out of stock. THEY DIDN’T. I told her I didn’t ask for that drink, I chose lime water! She then proceeds to argue with me in front of customers and family instead of telling me “no worries, we can replace it” she says with her voice raised “ well we don’t have that water so I gave you this one. We don’t even serve lime water”. Like what ?! Then why have that choice on the pick up page!!!? Just assuming I’m going to like with whatever she replaced it with?! WTH is wrong with this place?! Literally the worst customer service in the world. Just accept you’re wrong for assuming and move on. Made a big deal for no reason! They need new workers who actually are wanting to serve customers and put their feelings to the side!

I recently visited this establishment and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I ordered 2 pounds of carnitas with rice and beans, and my total wait time exceeded 45 minutes, despite the restaurant being relatively empty. I can only imagine what the wait times might be during busier hours. I understand that unforeseen circumstances or delays can happen, but none were communicated to me. Overall, I found the service to be quite disappointing.

I place an order over the phone on a Sunday for work I supposed to just pick it up. I love carnitas from there but they always few people working the day was a busy morning (probably like every Sunday) the poor girls were working as fast as they could but even to give change there was not much change for people paying with hundreds bills. This management really needs to know that to run a food place you need at lease 4 people 1front/ cashier 1cook 1 dishwasher 1 prep At all times, specially on the weekends

The location in Lodi is a lot nicer than the one on Waterloo. Food is awesome and they sell Menudo all days. Thats a plus!

If you like pork. This is the place. Lots of seating. Food is good, big portions. The staff don't speak English much...lucky I was fluent in body language 😂. We got a super burrito, quesadilla and pickled pig feet so good!

Came here to give it a try and was very disappointed, I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that didn't have chips and salsa. Soda machine had no ice, all the soda was flat, food was extremely bland, got the $17 steak fajita and only came with tortillas didnt come with cheese or salsa or sour creme or anything, my 7 year old daughter wanted chicken enchiladas and she got some nasty shit with a side of chicken, the music was so loud me and my 2 children couldn't even hear each other talk. I do not recommend the lodi restaurant. Won't be coming back for sure. Just go 1 minute down the street to Casa Flores. $56 for GARBAGE food. Now I see why they are always empty.

First time trying it I got the number 2 mix carnitas, buche , cueritos all was really flavorful and tender the rice and the beans could use a little more salt but they are very tasty. For Carnitas they have everything chicharron etc…. And the cashier was extremely friendly and welcoming
It was horrible, it was yesterday and my order was cold and it took up to 20 for my tacos. The ladies didn't have any customers and they wouldn't give me my order. My husband had to go and tell the lady that if my order was already in, the asada tacos were very Ugly, the truth is that it was disappointing and the carnitas did not taste good. I don't think I'll ever go back.

The authentic flavor, delicious carnitas, the beans very, very good. The best carnitas I have ever eaten. Even better than in Quiroga Michoacan, the sauces are very fresh. Mrs. Silvia was very kind to assist.
