We ordered 2 lbs. of carnitas mixtas, a dozen tortillas, and a small side of rice. Carnitas were ok, except for the fact that they were drenched/swimming in manteca/grease! We had to tilt the container to let them drain off/keep away from the manteca. Rice was undercooked/hard and cold. We WERE NOT given any limes, cilantro, onion, or salsa. I had to request it, and they tried to charge me for it. Apparently, you have to request and pay for everything. They don't have can/bottle drinks, only fountain drinks they serve themselves and, of course, overfill with ice. NOT going back.

Costumer services was great right off the bat sweet lady very welcoming she tried to explain to me how their tortillas were not made from scratch, but I don’t think she realizes how many restaurants sell terrible food.I ordered 3 carnitas mixtas tacos is a mixture of pork rinds and carnitas for $12.Tacos were spectacular soft meat and very flavorful but their creamy habanero salsa is out of this world maaannn it definitely took my tacos to another level.I even bought salsa to take home putting that on everything.The atmosphere could need some help it was awkwardly quiet maybe some music would be nice.

This place is fire. They do carnitas here. Very good carnitas (meat only or mixed). Another person had commented there was "fat" in the meat. They got the mixed. This is common with carnitas. The beans and rice are fresh. The tortillas are above average. Love this place. Great salsas and chicharons. They also have fresh lard. Oh and the family meals are a great deal. P

Best carnitas in town don't forget to ask for extra salsa
I ordered a supreme burrito and when I got home to my surprise, it was a regular burrito. I always order the supreme burrito because the regular seems to be a bit on the dry side so by adding the sour cream and cheese and avocado, makes it extra juicy. I called to let them know that my burrito was not how I had ordered it and they stated that I can go back the next day to get my burrito remade the way I had ordered. I was not able to eat the one from the previous day because it was way too dry. I called the store to have them remake my burrito so that I can pick it up and the person that helped me the previous day said she had to call her manager and give permission to remake my burrito. She called her manager and the manager said that all they can do was refund me the difference from a regular burrito and a supreme burrito. I don’t think that this was the proper way of dealing with the situation because I didn’t even get to eat my burrito and i wasn’t going to drive from Stockton to Lodi for 2 dolors. All I wanted was for them to remake my burrito but apparently they did not care which I don’t think it’s great customer service. I recommend if you order from this place make sure your food is made properly before you leave there location.

Saw them mentioned on Lodi 411 on FB. Decided to try them out. Excellent, HUGE, burritos. Meat was not greasy. Very tasty. Pleasant staff. Highly recommend them if you're hungry for Mexican food. Located close but east of the 99 Cent Store on Kettleman. The map location here on Yelp is not accurate.

I was craving a good, authentic burrito so I thought I'd try this place! It is next to the 99 Cent Store on Kettleman in Lodi. I got a carnitas super burrito and a horchata. The carnita meat was good and not greasy. Burrito was packed with the meat, beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole and cheese. The horchata was delicious! Not watered down but sweet. Their salsa is so tasty! It was more like a creamy salsa and spicy, but not overly hot! They take credit cards. Their counter server was nice. Only tacos and burritos here. Check them out! They accept credit cards and offer dine in, take out or delivery with DoorDash.
