Casa Flores Mexican Restaurant

This is the 3rd time coming here and all 3 time food is horrible, meat is burnt , tacos are so oily the plate is just covered in it, no flavors, I thought we give them another chance! Nope they messed it up again, very overpriced, I got a taco salad also and the taco shell is no bigger then your palm of your hand, meat is dry and burnt to the point u can’t even chew it, my dogs wouldn’t even touch it, Angelo’s will be the only place we go from now on, or Taco Bell they have better food, I’d rather pay high prices for good Mexican food then high prices for crappie food, they need a different cook that knows how to make Mexican food, because I don’t think they know what there doing!!!!

Ordered food to go. The young girl assisted me with payment, i asked her if there were utensils in the bags already and she politely said “there should be but i can grab you some more” then a hispanic lady that appeared to be the manager or owner came up and asked me if i needed help, i told her i was waiting for utensils she said to “why i already put some in there” and then scolded the young lady for getting me more utensils saying she had already put some in there and always does. It was unnecessary and rude!!

Then i get home to see THIS is the size of the pepper to my chile Relleno… what is this?? 2 bites. For $6.50 plus tax this is ridiculous. And had the tiniest bit of cheese to make things worse. I basically paid to eat a few bites of fried egg whites. NEVER COMING BACK!!! I suggest you dont either. El Pazifico, El Maguey, $ Tequileros all have good size portions at fair prices and flavors are amazing!!

Best Mexican food in town! The service is fast and friendly, they make you feel like family! They have a weekly lunch special that can’t be missed! This is our go to favorite place!

Always EXCELLENT!!! This time and many times before we had Carlos. Attentive and knowledgeable and polite.

The food is excellent here. But sometimes I get ignored for a couple minutes at the register. But it still worth it. I usually get the chicken taco lunch which is small but just enough for me.

They have good food and service but they charge a lot for a giant margarita that is well mixed and tequila free.

Went for breakfast. ? on Sunday. Delicious great service. Then took my sister for dinner on her birthday. She also loved it ?. We found a new spot ?

I'm not all that impressed. First, they MAKE you pay a tip by adding it in with your regular bill on the POS machine. I'm so over the tipping BS as it is. Tips are supposed to be voluntary for good service....which sometimes you get here and sometimes you don't but they'll have you pay an 18% tip regardless. One time I ordered two main dishes- I had a son at home not feeling well that I was going to take the major part of one to after I ate the part of it that he wasn't going to like or want, they brought me one of the dishes and never brought me the other.

Then at bill time they tried to charge me for both and when I informed them that I never got the second dish so I need not pay for it...the server actually got irritated and scolded me for not running around behind them and making sure that they did it- why did I not do that. I don't know, maybe I feel like ordering/requesting it was my part of the deal and it was up to them to either provide or no. I'm not their mother and if I'm out I'm actually wanting respite from my usual life being a mother and being responsible for everything for just a little bit. And I was still charged the tip. Yeah...no. It's just ok.

The staff is usually fairly nice even though not overly attentive, the place clean, the food is more or less edible but overpriced for what it is which seems like warmed pre prepared/canned stuff from the grocery store mostly (I have been to MANY taco trucks that do ever so much better for less cost)- nothing special or that I couldn't make at home- so nothing spectacular, but the whole mandatory tipping thing as well as being scolded for not doing their job for them has put me off entirely.

We stopped by for breakfast this past Saturday! The food isn't the best but it's tolerable. the service is 7 out of 10 The most ridiculous thing is that they charge you a tip. The waiter is supposed to earn the tip with hers service 18% as a tip We will not return to this place again....The tip is earned with your service

Restraints can’t be good part time , was way off tonight food came out Luke warm , dry stayed on serving counter too long , tortillas dry , hard and cold , Usually a lot better , just wish they would let us know when they are off so we could go else where , tired or eating at our old favorites where price is up , quality and service is down , if you are going to put out Taco Bell quality lower your prices
