Good food, but service lacked little bit. Our waitress was nice but not attentive of refill our waters or come by to check on us. There was waitress passing by notice my son glass being empty which farther in. She had a good eye and she ask if she can fill his glass. That very attentive and team player.
I add this, that host at front forgot about us. She sat every that after us. I had go up to her and ask about that. She stated the computer delete us. Yeah...not amuse. Group size that seated before...2, 4, and 8.

Overall everything was delicious except for one oversight which would’ve been they brought my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla burnt they had to remake it while everybody was eating however brought me a side salad Other food was cooked great tasted great I won’t comment on the service it was good server Was nice the manager came up and asked if we had any questions or concerned which was nice They overcharged me for one item but I’m not gonna go back for that

I would give zero stars if I could, I hate to be writing a bad review about this place because my family and I used to love coming here it was one of our favorites and now we plan to never go back. Chilis decided to change the way they do things even our waiter was being honest and let us know that anything chilis used to have that made them lose money they took away. He thought it was also stupid. They no longer do happy hour on food and they no longer do birthday desserts, which were both the reasons we went tonight, we went for my fiancés birthday and it was Mother’s Day, it said it was happy hour and we were originally going to order food to go but we called and they told us we had to come in for happy hour food and drinks, which ended up being a lie. The drinks were happy hour prices but not the food and they had little to no alcohol in the drinks and they cut the size of them in half. It took at least 35 minutes to get one meal and my fiancé ordered a drink and they never put it in so he had to re order after about 30 mins. We got a triple dipper and they made the portions way smaller and increased the price. When we asked the waiter if they do the cookie birthday dessert he told yes and that he would bring it out for us we waited a long time and nothing then we asked someone else and they said they don’t do them anymore. So not even the workers know what’s going on. We all decided that it is better to just go else where next time, they are going to lose customers big time from this all because they are money hungry, do they not realize there are other restaurants just like them that still have these perks??
We went to have Easter dinner without the fuss, and that's just what we got. Great meal, great service, and great atmosphere. Jackie was very attentive and pleasant. Steve also stopped by our table to check on us. The menu was pretty standard, but we did notice a few new items since our last visit. The food was brought out timely and tasted delicious. Also, there is a fair portion for the price. The decor was pretty standard for the chain, but we liked it best so far. We will definitely be back to try something new instead of our usual. The service and friendliness is definitely a draw.
