I always end up going here, but on Valentine's day it was packed! I called because there was a line out of the door to the parking lot, they said it would be a hr wait so I didn't partake in Chili's that day 😂 but this location is always what you would expect! Good service and great food

Chicken wasn't fully cooked, and sliders were red. And it didn't feel very welcoming as far as the customers staring, as if they're not used to seeing people with darker skin. It might haven't been that, but that's how I felt.

The restaurant was half empty and we were told there was a 5-10 minute wait. I ask why and was told there was only one hostess or waiter. He then asked me if I understood. How insulting. Lodi Chili’s has terrible service and poorly trained employees.

Good service and pleasant environment. We received our food timely and it was good. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and guacamole. Next time, I will order a burger or the fajitas.
Ordered good to go, ready on time and it was very good. Had a small problem getting the attention of staff to get my food though, it wasn't clear that I needed to ring a bell... Otherwise it was a good experience.

It was awesome! Drinks were half price- which was fantastic but the appetizers were so delicious! Got to watch the football game! It was perfect!
Bad experience, they messed up my order, had to send it back THREE TIMES. Was still not right, wasn't good either. Took it home for my dog. At least he liked it. They should have given me a discount at least, but no.
