The lady was impatient and cut me off mid sentence. There was no one else in the store but me so I didn't see the rush because it was my first time and I didn't know what they had so I was hoping to ask more questions then she said "what now?". Also 19 dollars for a burrito is insane money I know I asked for more meat but that's because she gave me one scoop.

It’s a typical average chipotle. I ate there a couple times it’s okay.
Parking: FYI Park across the street on the side of the target nobody parks there. The parking lot is too cramped. Backing in is best if parked there.

Portions have been diminishing. Especially if you don't watch your food being prepared and order online. Now you apparently can't get cilantro on the side or extra on your bowl/burrito anymore because "iTs nOt oN tHe mEnU". I'm done.

Chipotle is going down the drain. Seriously, spending $17 on a bowl just for a teen to barely put anything in there and it's so sloppy. Do better. Train better! By the time his coworker asked what the bowl was he literally said "I don't know"

We ordered ours on the app, and it was incorrect (my husbands had cheese and is severely allergic and not able to eat it) tried 5 times to get a hold of someone and they will not remake it and deliver us a new one. Disappointed in how it’s handled

I was really hoping for a better experience this time, but unfortunately, the Lodi Chipotle still seems to be falling short. The restaurant was just as dirty and chaotic as I remember. The line was long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. My burrito was okay, but it wasn't anything special. I'm starting to think this chain just isn't worth the hassle.
