Lady at gate so rude! If you come yearly. She will tell you you not on the schedule. Even if you ask nicely, came to check if they can take that one pallet you have, so you can go home to your family. Instead to let receiving know that you are here ande ask if they can take that dry pallet She will tell you NO get out and come back tomorrow! She acts like robot NOT HUMAN!

Arrived at 3:40 for a 4 am appointment. Security can't let me in because shipping doesn't give him the shipping truck schedule until 4:15-4:30. What's the point of having 4 am appointments if they don't let you in that early. I hope the rest of the pickup goes better. - update, it got worse. After getting checked in and staged, the shipping office called and said my load is on hold and will have to be rescheduled. Avoid this disorganized mess of a shipper, it isn't worth your time.

The individual at the security checkpoint demonstrated unprofessional behavior. If they are not interested in fulfilling their job duties, they should consider resigning and allowing someone else the opportunity to work there. It would be beneficial for them to receive additional training in interpersonal skills and customer service to enhance their ability to interact respectfully with others.

From check in to unload, I was in and out in one hour. Gate personnel and shipping/receiving were all very friendly and professional. I don’t understand why people are complaining about the difficulty of backing into this place. It’s real simple. Pull into the car parking lot, and straight back to the dock.
Second time here; both times arrived 30mins early. They still got me in a door as soon as possible. Have to pull three employee parking lot across from dock to back in. Smells like blueberries. Forklift personal is the office/check/paper work people. Very nice kind and polite.
