When I'm in Lodi I always stop by De Vinci's.Focaccia and ravioli are my go to. Food is delicious and never salty. Must try.

I've been to this local spot in our town of a plenty of times, and while the restaurant has a cute style and the food selection is great, one employee is an absolute disaster. I don't know her name but she's always here and has blonde hair. Her fake tone and constant eye rolls are infuriating. She helps people out of order, even after i'd been in line for 10 minutes, which is not only utterly nonsensical but also off-putting and rude . The vibe's as depressing as a bad horror movie, and her attitude drives customers away. Fix the employee issue, and this could be gem.

Called to place an order for pick up as what we wanted was not available to order online. Was placed on a 20+ minute hold. Called from another phone and the call was answered right away. When questioned about the long wait the employee was extremely rude and was not the least bit remorseful about the long wait. Instead she had a poor attitude and mocked my coworker after she thanked her for finally taking her order. Our workplace uses DeVinci's frequently for our meetings, birthday celebrations, etc... but we may have to rethink this in the future if this is the terrible service they offer now.

I have been to this location several times. The food is good but today I got a hair in my bread. Went during lunch time so my appetite was ruined. When I called they wanted me to drive all the way back for the refund.
