Waited 25 minutes for our food. We ordered right after the table next to us. After about 15 minutes, we asked about our order. The waitress said they were still working on it, no apology. Every other table had been served. 10 mins later, we finally got our order. The table next to us was already finished & leaving by the time we got ours. When it arrived, it wasn't even hot & fries were old. You could tell it had been sitting. Waitress never checked on us. Never asked if we needed a refill on our soda even tho it was $4.00!!!! My husband ordered a waffle ala carte, which was $4.00 (see picture). Bill was $41.00 for 2 burgers, a waffle, 1 soda and crappy service. We'll never dine here again!! Denny's DO BETTER!!!

When we were being sitted, the hostess said we could pick a booth, but the 2 booths that were available were dirty. After waiting for the booths to be cleaned, we waited another 30 minutes for someone to at least take our drinks order. After seeing ants on the table, we decided to leave (and because no one ever came to our table), a waitress finally walked up, I told her we were leaving, and she said ok, have a nice day. No apology, nothing.
We frequent this Denny's often, but no longer. The service was always slow after the pandemic, but I think that's no longer acceptable. It's really sad because we always liked this location, the food & for the most part the service. And now like most places these days, this place has gone down hill.

All Denny's will be a hit or miss. The one in flying Jay's, the workers are lazy, so they get cycled through, and they are always way too busy 24/7. I used to work there and I absolutely hated everything about it.
We had an amazing server named Christina who was so helpful and friendly. Despite how hectic things were, she took the time to ensure she answered our questions. She was also very attentive and organized. We’d definitely come back here again for the great food and service!
Waited a very long time for my food to come out......almost like the waitress forgot I was there and the food was already going cold. I was the only patron there.

Called @1 am to order and the lady on the phone took and placed my order. Arrived at 2am and they are closed. Theres a lady who said she called to tell me they cant make my food and are closing but i never got a call. Theres nothing open around here now at this time at night and as a truck driver i was driving from almost 8 hours and was so hungry and skipped the restaurants on my way. Now i am here at flying j lodi with no food and out of hours so i cant drive my truck anymore to get to another place for food. I have no words for this kind of service . You guys should do better and pls change your timmings on google maps from 24 hours open to "CLOSE ANYTIME WE WANT".
