The service here at this NEW location is really bad 😔 it is sad because it's a new spot , the woman was not friendly did not say a word when we pulled up to the window , everyone seemed super unhappy to be there I ordered the 8$ meal with the bacon egg cheese bagel and my husband got the sourdough breakfast sandwich mine was basic which was fine very little bacon like a slice of microwave bacon all tore up to fill the bottom of the bagel ... His was dry and just bland no love . Even the coffee ☕ was bad they wouldn't even put whipped cream on it cause it came with a meal .... I had my dog with me and usually like at Starbucks and Dutch Bros they see your dog they automatically get excited and ask if they want a pup cup this place could care less I know this is Dunkin' donuts I get it isn't the same but damn have a little more life in you , be more friendly , it goes along way . We won't be going back anytime soon .

When to pick up an order for a customer, the 2 ladies, there were very rude. No kind of skills and all just very rude. If you don't like your job, you shouldn't be at work or if you're having a bad day. You should stay home because you shouldn't treat your customers wrong. You know, that's the customer is always right? Even though I know sometimes that's not right. But they are very rude.I would never get nothing from there, sorry

I was, repeat WAS, a weekly customer. They messed up my order but frankly they didn't really care what I ordered. I asked them to remake it and they just attempted to fix it. I will never be back. I will send this review to corporate as well.

This place could be a gold mine if someone who knows how to run a business took over. Right now, it feels super unorganized, and there’s definitely a noticeable language barrier with the staff. The food tasted old, and the coffee honestly just tasted like tap water. It’s a real letdown—everyone in Lodi was so excited to finally get a Dunkin’, and this just wasn’t it.
