I know it’s just coffee however these amazing humans never fail to ask how I am , and have a genuine conversation all be it short - the crew at kettleman lane are the absolute best . We come here to get drinks almost everyday. I always get the OG gummy bear rebel, but lately I've been getting the hazelnut truffle mocha. It's so good and I recommend it Iced or hot. Drive thru is pretty efficient and of course we had to get a pup cup for our Corgi. The staff are always friendly.

Typically I have fantastic service, but this time it was not! I went for my birthday 🎂 coffee, and ordered on the mobile app 15 min early, when I got there they hadn't even started it yet, and I had to wait a other 10min, the only plus was the server was really friendly and totally chill

I want to give a special thank you to the amazing lady working the window this morning. I was upset about something completely unrelated and had visible tears in my eyes. She noticed and went above and beyond to brighten my day, she wrote me a beautiful message on my cup that said “You are strong, don’t forget that pretty” and even decorated it with sprinkles. That simple act of kindness put a smile on my face when I really needed it, and I’ll never forget it. Thank you for reminding me how much a small gesture can mean. 💜
