Typically I have fantastic service, but this time it was not! I went for my birthday 🎂 coffee, and ordered on the mobile app 15 min early, when I got there they hadn't even started it yet, and I had to wait a other 10min, the only plus was the server was really friendly and totally chill

I want to give a special thank you to the amazing lady working the window this morning. I was upset about something completely unrelated and had visible tears in my eyes. She noticed and went above and beyond to brighten my day, she wrote me a beautiful message on my cup that said “You are strong, don’t forget that pretty” and even decorated it with sprinkles. That simple act of kindness put a smile on my face when I really needed it, and I’ll never forget it. Thank you for reminding me how much a small gesture can mean. 💜

I always feel bad leaving negative reviews but this Dutch Bros was easily the worst service I've ever had. The girl who took our order was actually rude to us, and after making uncomfortable remarks about myself and my partner and dismissing my partners questions about drink flavors she didn't tell us our total or cash us out, just walked away mid-conversation. We were able to get it figured out at the window, but they were not happy to be cashiering and we paid with the app, so there was no reason for us to have to pay at the window. Everyone also seemed really rushed and grumpy. I don't know if it was an off night, but I don't think I'll be visiting this location again.

My favorite place to come for a sweet treat!The staff is always so kind and the drinks never fail to make me smile!(The sticker days are a bonus).The app is simple to use and you actually get rewards fairly often since they have double point or even triple point days!
