I went in to hopefully get my drink remade due to my drink tasting very bitter, I believe it was a shift lead or manager that helped me, I got the drink and it tasted the exact same as the one the gave me the first time.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. I arrived on foot and was told I couldn’t go inside. I then waited my turn at the drive-thru window, but when I got there, the employee refused to serve me because I didn’t have a car. I understand safety policies, but there was no clear signage explaining this, and I was left waiting only to be turned away. I go to Dutch Bros almost every day and usually spend $20–$30 per visit. After being treated this way, I won’t be coming back, and neither will my family. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

This location is easily better than the Kettleman Dutch. Staff is friendly and paying attention to your order, I haven't had any screw-ups compared to the other location. Harder getting in and out of the busy street but it's worth it

I was waiting in line on 10/03/25 5:05 pm we had to wait a while to get are drink because one of the employees wearing a pink shirt she was flirting with a guy in a black chevy ss camaro in front of us Not telling him to pull up to the window, then we got the drink they where still talking blocking are exit to get out this is highly unprofessional an un called for!!!!

This shop used to be my go to shop. The staff was like family then it got not good as far as service , so switched shops. Came back after awhile and was greeted how I used to be! Need to keep it that way. Always clean outsude this shop despite periodic homeless. Which seems they have curved for the meantime.

The service was great! It wasn't until I was halfway through my drink and felt something when I took a drink, looked at the drink and YUP a piece of string just floating around. So that wasn't fun. But other then that I would've given more the 1 star.
One of my favorite Dutch Bros in the area. Staff is super friendly and fast, even when the line’s deep. Drinks come out perfect every time, and the vibe is always upbeat. Great spot to swing by for an iced coffee or energy drink, early mornings or late night. Never disappoints.

The Dutch Bros on S Cherokee Lane is hands-down the best way to start my day on the way to work. The crew always greets me with a smile and genuine energy that lifts my mood. They always ask how I’m doing and how work is going—it feels like chatting with friends, not just ordering coffee. They know me by name and often suggest new drinks they think I’ll like, and they’re always spot-on! Every visit is personal, positive, and the perfect way to kick off my morning.
