I went through the drive thru around 5 pm. Mind you no one was behind me. The customer service through the drive through was great and wasn’t an issue. I got a chicken pollo bowl, no beans and no onions. When I got home and ate the food, I noticed it had multiple cilantro stems in the food. I understand with cilantro there might be some stems. However some of these stems were huge and could pose a choking hazard to someone. Also some of the chicken was burnt. I gave it 3 stars because the customer service when I went through the drive thru was the only saving grace.

My congratulations to the current team working at this location. The restaurant was very clean. The tables are super clean, it looks like they did it in detail. From the moment I entered they smiled at me. My food was delicious, fast and in excellent portion. Congratulations to the person in charge and his team.

No longer one of my favorite places to eat at. In the 90's I looked forward to going to El Pollo Loco, now I begrudgingly go there. Just not as good as when they first started. Helpings are about half the size and the cost has increased. :(

Pulled up at 9:02, no answer after a few minutes from the drive-through intercom. Pulled up to the window and waited until someone came. She rudely looked at me as if I was bothering her and I had told her that I pulled up since no one was taking orders. Instead of apologizing etc. she looks at me as if I’m bothering her and says, what do you want to order!? Umm okkk! I then said, well I only went to order if you guys are opened. She again rudely said, what do you want to order!? Again, this tone, mannerism, etc is so uncalled for. I came to order food and go about my day. Not be met with someone who is clearly unhappy. I choose to spend my $ at this establishment and all I ask for is common courtesy. The employees are is Dhalia!

Love Pollo loco this place is always great sometimes they miss to put my full order living 25 min away it's irritating but I still go because it's always good the workers are nice. Only reason why I put 4 stars it's because it has gotten pricy.
