They used to be open until late. Went to grab some groceries and they have new hours. Wish they stayed open late still

Horrible customer service from the managers to staff. The white female manager even accused my daughter of stealing when my daughter was showing her the receipts and wanted to call the cops on her. They don’t even look at your face, not even mention greeting customers. Wouldn’t recommend this place. If you say something about their manners the managers get called and they treat you the same way and they want to blame it on you saying you are escalating. Cashier Jeanette, per the receipt, very rude with customers.
Theres another employee during the day, Latina with a ponytail I think is a manager or some sort, very mean as well. The white guy with beard that is a manager or supervisor also very mean, and rude. Nobody there is worth going back to spend your money on this establishment. If others would like to tolerate that disgusting and nasty treatment oh well, not me. Never going back and will tell everyone I know although it’s literally 3 minutes from my home but I do prefer to drive to any other business I o have at least a good customer service. This store needs new people, re-training more like a boot camp in customer service foundations.

The lady at entrance is very rude. The moment i enter and asked for some guidance, she was rude with and tried to walk away, when i asked her again she said yeah what. I understand the stores are busy and less staffed. But being rude is just gonna make someones day worse.
It's more expensive than smart foods $8 box of cereal you can get anyplace else for 5 or less . Food 4 less or walmart shopping will make your money go farther

Store layout is the worst. I mean why is everything so hard to find on top if you can find it. Most items are out of stock and never come in stock. Also dont bother asking any employees because you wont find any or find any nice/helpful employees. Very disappointing coming from a manager aspect.
The prices arent that good to come to. I mean chobani creamer was 5.98 but only 3.68 at Foo4less. Insane price gap! On top of the horrible meat selection and prices. Horrible cuts of meat that no one buys.
Another problem is why is there a self checkout and 1 register open but only 1 register open later in the day? I understand about self checkout but whenever I go to Foodmax is a 20 min wait because no one wants to be at the registers. Also the self checkouts are the worst, they are so finicky that if you mess up once you have to wait 20 minutes for an employee to fix it to proceed your transaction (Im not kidding)
