worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m someone who tips even if you gave terrible service. Was in line for 30 minutes for one item. The car before me got ONE thing. I’ve never seen someone so poorly ran. The only reason I stayed was cause the milkshake was for my clients birthday. I thought this would be better than in n out. I was wrong.

we love the ice cream! BUT WHY does the DRIVE THRU take forever. it sucks because i come and there is two cars wait over 35-40 mins it just doesn’t make sense so now it’s like we drive by and if there is more then ONE CAR it’s like damn can’t get ice cream guess we will go to elsewhere don’t feel like waiting hella long :/

Mom and pop old school drive in never misses with their old school menú plus old school ice cream and shakes. I personally get the root beer floats... just takes me back to when I was a kid. Definitely try this is you're in the area.

Food is always good. Ice cream especially the vanilla soft serve has a more creamy flavor than similar restauranta like Dairy Queen where the ice cream is meh and looks bleached.

My trister was half mented as soon as I got it, given this was after waiting in the drive-thru for almost 45minutes. When I walked up to ask for it to be fixed, it was obvious i was inconveniencing the staff.

Prices great and the Worms N Dirt twister is a 10/10 yeehaws. But my god the service is SO SLOW. If there is more than 2 cars in the drive thru plan on being there for at LEAST 20 mins. Better off getting out and going to the window to save yourself approximately 2 mins and 30 seconds

When you order ice cream for the family you should be able to ask for a cup for the drivers cone and not be forced to pay TWENTY SIX CENTS for it under an entirely new transaction. We asked for a cup at ordering, but didn’t receive and I was left standing at the window with ice cream dripping down my arm while a snarky employee took deliberate time getting the cup. Been coming for years, but won’t be returning anytime soon, there are lots of options in town with kind employees and without ridiculous charges.

We waited for 13 minutes at the window for help. No one in front of us. We actually helped get food to other people. The people working there looked at us many times. Then a family of six came up, went to another widow and were served immediately. Not sure why they didn’t like us. But I guess they had something against us.
