Both the workers out here Thursday June 26th have done an amazing job at providing the best service they could despite short staff. The waitress hostess girl was very nice and attentive. The Cook blew me away, especially with my Big to go order bro handled it like it was nothing. I appreciate the both of them for feeding me tonight thank you guys so much. You deserve a raise. You guys are the reason I will come back here again Thank you for your positivity

Very disappointed we arrived at 7:35 and were told that it’s take out only the posted hours were open until 8pm if you are going to stop taking customers at 7:30 change your hours it was so disappointing to arrive and be told take out only we got back in the car and drive to chilis it’s now 7:48 and we are already seated with drinks Shame on GK Lodi I have never been treated this way in Stockton I hope that the Lodi team learns to honor the hours keeping in mind peoples plans or they change the hours and stop accepting customers at the posted time what a crappy disappointment

Some days they are slammed and not able to clean up as quick so it can get a little messy but they are usually pretty good about being onto of it. Even then. The service is still great and they are kind. The facility does need some attention though for things like damaged tables and wobbly barriers.

On 4/30/25 at 6 pm, we ate a very distasteful dinner at the GK Mongolian BBQ, Kettleman Lane location in Lodi, CA. It had a burnt taste through every single bite. It was so bad that for the first time, we were not able to finish our bowls. We informed the staff and upon leaving, noticed they scrapped excessive burnt scrapings off the grill. Shortly later, we went back, explained ourselves again, asked for and was given a refund. Also, at this time, we noticed their City of Lodi business license expired December 2022 and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Dept permit expired June 2024.

All 5 stars. I come here 1x a week with my friend for lunch. We both love this place. The food & atmosphere is absolutely amazing. I'm a real customer with an honest opinion. We won't go to any other BBQ places, only here.

I only gave it a 4 star on food because I do love Mongolian BBQ but everything else killed the enjoyment of my food. I’ve been here twice and the first time noodles and the food was all over the counter and many tables dirty. I believe in second chances so I gave it another try. The second time was worse. From the moment I walked in the floors were so sticky it was unbearable to walk and again more food on the counters. This place deserves more attention to cleanliness.

Food and service was amazing but the cleanliness of the facility was poor. Both bathrooms were disgusting, you could smell them from the tables at the restaurant. They definitely have not been cleaned or disinfected for several days.

One of the friendliest GM I’ve visited greeted right when walked in, Grill master was really polite. Everyone that worked this shift of my visit. I ally the hospitality! Keep it up, I will definitely return. Food was good and cool music playlist. Clean location as well.only small recommendation for one of the staff members, would be to take their personal phone call as outside or back of the location away from customers ears shot. Thank you!
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies. Not sure what their noodles are made out of.
Kid-friendliness: Kids would have fun slurping their noodles!

Seen a review of a complain for someone that I had issues with Nancy she had the most horrible attitude and overall a stuck up b which is a huge pain when I'm trying to go and eat something and go back to work not to ruin my day and now I have a attitude as what she did really angered me when I ask for something Nancy don't throw it at my table and when I ask you for something don't ignore me because of a low tip your lucky I even gave you anything which I regret to do stupid of me !!
