Mom and I have been searching for good Chinese food in Lodi and gotta say, this wasn't it. Mom said her shrimp tasted old, the take out boxes were covered in oil, and the noodles in the chow mein were cold and hard. My only saving grace in our $40 take out were the two skewers of bbq beef that were still hot and deliciously tender. Besides the beef, I wouldn't recommend it again.

New folks running the restaurant since Feb. 2025x The food has always been the best in town, but now even better. The sweet and sour sour pork it’s not Hawaii, but the other one you know where you go down the line and make your own dish and they have the flat over over there by Hobby lobby Hobby lobby over by gentleman barbecue the other one it’s like across the street from there you go down there they give you a bowl and you put your vegetables in what you want When I do that. I like to bid the fat noodles but it’s a different thing. It’s almost like a soup different country. Well, God bless you guys. OK I’ll be back.was the best I ever had. My family loves their Chow Main. The help are sweet as can be. Yen is a delight and very efficient. Me and my family highly recommend Golden China. Their dinning room is open again. Enjoy!.

Customer service was great, I stopped by right at opening. It stings that I tipped for take-out that wasn't great, garlic chicken was hard and over-cooked, hope it wasn't leftover from previous day(s) because that's what it was giving. It was my first and last time there!

The food is decent. Some dishes eeehh others are very good, but the owners are very nice, and it is an excellent service they get you in and out. I eat here because it is inexpensive, and I love the owners.

Worst chinese food ive had in awhile. Shrimp fried rice had two tiny shrimp. Pork chow mein had these tiny pencil line thin strips that was only enough so that you could technically call it pork chow mein, And sweet and sour pork was 90% breading in orange chicken sauce. Highly dissapointing especially at the price point.
Got fried asparagus, like we do every year. Don't know what they changed, but it was the worse fried asparagus we've ever had. The tempura batter they used was too salty, some of the asparagus didn't taste good, as if they were fried in a skillet that wasn't cleaned. Sorry, but we were so disappointed that we will not be going back.

Very good fried rice!!!! Shrimp and chicken fried rice is soo good!! They also made chicken noodles soup for my husband that was not feeling well!! That was sooo good!!! The beef broccoli......wasn't good at all!!!!! I definitely went back for more fried rice before leaving town!!!!
