Food was great, customer service was great & people were great as well. There is not much bad I can say. The only thing I didn’t like were the seating. The booth had a big tear on the chair and was covered up with duct tape but that was mainly it.

My husband and I try to get to this IHOP about once a month and the best part every time is having Hanan as our server. She goes out of her way to make us comfortable and always has a smile and good conversation for us. The food is really good, too. I love the Brunch Burger and my husband loves the pancakes, of course. The service is quick and even when it’s really busy, Hanan makes it a point to ensure we enjoy our visit.

It's been awhile since I've sat down at any restaurant (COVID-19) , and much longer since it was an IHOP. Killing time, I chose to take the plunge, in Lodi, CA.Disappointed that my coffee order came in a cup, and not in an insulated pitcher, like I remembered, though later I noticed other diners did have them, so maybe one has to specifically order one's pitcher? (The coffee, by the way was just so-so.)On the other hand, the custum omelet I ordered was very well...
