I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich combo meal. As I ate about half of it, then I noticed the chicken was cold in the middle as if it had just came out of the refrigerator. I complained and showed them the chicken, how cold and uncooked it was and received a partial refund. Not eating here again.

Use to come here alot. I hardly do now . Lines are long, some of your food might be missing but atleast they're open 24 /7 when nothing else is open. It's always busy but the workers are doing what they can to get the orders out cant hate on that .
I went for two tacos, end up ordering more for my family, and don't get my tacos. Seems lazy or incompetent. Really isn't that big of a deal, but why would I go back if those that are working can't do the bare minimum. Take some pride in what you do. Try and be better.

I ordered a number 2 the double jack meal and they gave me a Jumbo jack instead of the double jack today. It was regular with everything on it which is weird they didn’t have onions or cheese on my Jack burger. Already touched the damn burger so I return it. And for the kids meal I said light ketchup no mustard and they put a ton of mustard on the kids meal. Are they not listening when you give the order????

You get forced to wait in line for an hour while getting haggled by the homeless that hang out around there then they don't even get the order right. Idk what happened to this store it use to be my fav but i definitely advise going to the one on the other side of town instead of this one, they are also extremely slow but they get the order right and are much nicer.
