So this is my local Jamba Juice and my daughter introduced me to the chunky strawberry bowl it’s delicious. The couple of problems is that the staff is not very welcoming. They seem irritated when a customer walks in. They need to work on being more friendly and patient. Another problem is that they are always out of the granola or fresh strawberries. I’ve gone on 3 different occasions and they are out of bananas or strawberries.

Ordered 3 drinks 2 medium 1 small. Received 2 small and 1 medium. Employee shut the door as soon as my hand touched the drinks, had to wait for her to acknowledge me sitting there. Informed the employee at the window that this was incorrect, she takes it with attitude and hands me back what I assume is my same drink with a bunch of ice to fill up the cup (there’s huge chunks of ice in it and tastes watered down, not like it normally does) employee then slams the window after handing me back the medium ice filled drink. Not very good customer service if you ask me.

$12.50 for a peanut butter strawberry bowl is ridiculous. The bowl is smaller than it used to be, there is barely any fruit, it's filled only about 3/4 of the bowl and can't even taste any peanut butter. Terrible value. These used to be good but Jamba clearly doesn't care about value anymore. Stop asking for 20% tip for zero service. Your literally handing me a smoothie. I'm done with this brand.

I just would like to share my experience. First time at this location. When I walked in the door a big stack of cups fell onto the floor. A few mins later someone who worked there came to the front and I told him that the cups fell. I specifically put the cups that were on the floor for a good 3-4 minute on the side so she could throw them away but no she put them back in the stack of cups right in front of me. Maybe some people don’t care but to me that was very unsanitary. I told her AGAIN “ the stack to the side was one the floor” she said “oh was it this stack?” and took two cups off the top and threw those away. I was like wow . I almost wanted to walk out but I promised my kids Jamba! lol. And I made sure she didn’t take a stack from the ones on the floor when making my drink.

Love a fresh orange juice any time of the day but every time I go past 7… “machine is broke”…. Yeah… i don’t think anyone believes that one anymore.

I love that this place has a drive through! It makes my trip here so convenient. The staff is always very friendly. They seem to work hard to get you your order and get you on your way. The smoothie was nice and refreshing.

Quite possibly my favorite Jamba location. The staff is always so nice. They make everything so perfectly, and the drive-thru line has always moved swiftly. My dine in experience has always been great as well. I definitely recommend giving it a try. It's located near lots of fun shopping also, and has See's Candy and Crumbl cookies as neighbors. Go treat yourself!
