5 stars for the juices and smoothies! Very yummy and refreshing. The customer service is very hit or miss. Some of them are nice and others are extremely rude and couldn't be bothered to answer your questions about add-in to your drinks. But nonetheless the drinks are good

Very rude old lady unfriendly Mexican girls my first time walking in felt unwelcome Jamba Juice is literally up the street And the ladies there have good customer service all the time greet me with a smile and asked me what I want for politely. I walked out and the old white lady chased me to my car. I felt scared. I didnāt even get to try the zone. All I wanted was a protein shake instead I got attitude.

Been driving cross country from NY and always try to get an aƧaĆ bowl on our longer drives. This was our favorite stop yet!! Got two protein aƧaĆ bowls and 2 toasts. Thank you for crushing it and being so kind!!

I try to support this place because the juice is good, its nearby and run by a nice lady. However, she needs to retrain her staff. Most of them are not warm, friendly, and if you ask a question about the juice, they just look at you like a deer in headlights. I always have to smile and greet them like I work there. We went there today and it was the same; delayed response, unfriendly, and like he didnt want to be there. This has happened several times and specifically with the males at front register most often, but the girls aren't the best either. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but it has proven necessary. They need to be retrained on customer service or perhaps even let go if they dont want to be there. The only time its good is when the owner is there, and thats not right.

I do recommend them. They hard to find. As a franchise of juice it up as it is. I can go in there every once in a while, grab a smoothie.
Went yesterday 5/10 at 9 am and the young girl with short hair who was there was rude!!! I even asked her how her day was going and her response was āanything elseā. I will not be going back to this location again disgusting attitude! Do better on the people you hire she seems miserable there!
