I went here with my family and it was amazing so expect to see more of us. The guy Jonathan who took my order had outstanding customer service. He was very patient with us and made us feel very welcomed ! On top of the food being delicious the lemon cake he recommended me was so good. The person Noah who packed our order was super quick! Not once did I see an employee standing around everybody was keeping busy. I highly recommend for everybody to visit this location you won’t be let down. This restaurant serves fresh products, has hard working employees and was very clean .
I came here for a quick meal during my lunch and the lady who took my order was Nicky, she had great customer service she was sweet and actually talked to me instead of just taking my order right away, she asked how my day was going and the food also came out extremely quick!

This place was horrible. Service was very slow and the food was cold and greasy. No other customers were there at the time so there was no reason for poor service. The fountain area was dirty and had not been wiped/cleaned for quite awhile. The whole front shelf was wet with soda puddles. While waiting for our "food" several customers came in to order and they also had to wait a very long time. A lady came in from the drive-through with complaints and the counter guy was rude and did not want to help her. It was unbelievable how each customer had a problem/complaint with their orders. There were 5-6 kids working so being short handed wasn't the problem. This KFC must have changed hands. It was never like this before. Avoid this KFC. There are too many other places to eat.

I went there this evening and the drive thru girl was extremely rude. They were mad about me not knowing exactly how to order. They let me know at first there were two separate pot pie meals. I understood that completely being confusing. So I let her know which one. She was rude and annoyed the whole time and let me know twice how I need to know better next time. She was trying to belittle me and make me feel dumb because she couldn’t take two seconds to let me know the different in the meals. She couldn’t communicate and instead cut me off so someone else had to take my order. If you can’t handle basic customer service, then quit.

We don't do this often but we actually stopped and ate at a fast food restaurant. We ordered their spicy chicken sandwiches and a large fry. KFC's spicy chicken sandwiches are good, these were ok. Their new recipe for their fries, is all so good. The dining area was not that clean. I did see 5 of the employees standing around outside the back of the restaurant having a break. Living wages didn't seem to improve work ethics.
Spicy wings were perfect. Had to wait for them but that makes them that much better. Fresh and hot.

Combos come with fries right?Worsts service ever. The young girl who took our order was very fast in taking it that she either forgot to add our fries and ranch we asked for or she didn’t care to review our order like other fast food places do to make sure they got the order right. We got no ranch at all and only one individual fries. Is that a combo?? I was going to go back for my fries but it took me 20 mins back and forth to get there and I had to get ready to go to work. LAST TIME I GO THERE!!!!!!! Those new young workers they hire don’t pay attention. What do we pay for?

I ordered an 8 pc nuggets combo for like $13. This was what they gave me. Actual garbage from the fry basket. Also, I ordered online, so they apparently don't know how to refund me. Plus, the food was cold when I picked it up. I called right after my order because it said it'd be ready in 4 minutes and I live 15 minutes away. I asked them if they could please wait till I get there to make the order since I paid like 50 bucks for the meal. They said no. They are literally so incompetent that they don't know how to wait to make my order??

This place somehow figured out how to run out of flour on 10/01/2023. So they couldn't make the following items:Spicy wingsBone in chickenChicken tendersChicken nuggetsI’m pretty sure the “C” in KFC stands for chicken! I placed an online order for the spicy wings and when I arrived I was told this news. Noah who was mentioned as the mgr on duty was not in the restaurant. How can you manage a restaurant if you’re not in the restaurant? Literally not a single person knew how to issue a refund. The place was literally being ran by kids! I was told that if I submit a survey I would receive a voucher for the money spent on this order and much is unacceptable. As if I want to roll the dice again? I’m coming back on 10/2/2023 to speak with a manager for this location. Hopefully he or she will be actually in the store to assist. Let’s already assume they will blame last nights issue on “covid related supply issues” ??I almost forget to mention they offered me 2 famous mash of disgustingness bowls as a replacement for my order. Bruh that’s literally the worst item on your menu!!
