Their events and wine are good- but lately the events are not as great. The new staff hired that are pouring wine are less friendly…evening event are a no go and boring.. day events were better. Marissa and old ghost are good wines. We have been members for 10 years now.
Unfortunately visiting Klinker Brick Winery turned out to be a real klunker. First I was greeted by Brennan who basically looked at me like what are you doing here. After the rude greeting, I still decided to try the wine. Big mistake. She told me to go outside and that she would bring the wine out to me. Guess what, she never brought it out! After about 20 minutes I went back inside to see what happened. She said she didn't see me come out of the bathroom and thought I had left. I guess it was rude for me to ask where the bathroom was. After all this, I still decided to give the wine a try. Another big mistake. After tasting the reds, which were very dull and uninteresting, I went back inside, paid for the tasting and left. I then went outside and vomited for about 10 minutes. I mean between the awful wine and terrible service, I would have to say, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with Klinker Brick Winery. Fortunately, there were plenty of great wineries that I visited in Lodi after my disaster at Klinker Brick.
Stopped in on a busy afternoon. Brennan greeted me warmly, told me to sit anywhere I liked, and took my order shortly thereafter.
If it’s your first time, be sure to do a tasting of their red wines or just grab a glass of the superb Old Ghost. Great wine, professional staff, and a convivial environment… I’ll definitely be coming back here.
Wine is well known. Service was very kind. ***If you are a retail inside or restaurant wine inside there is no insider wave for you only for other vineyard workers.
This place is amazing. My wife and I came during a trip for my first time to Cali. I had one of their wines (the Old Ghost) in a bar in St Pete, FL. After 1 visit we were hooked. Brennan was awesome. She took great care of us and got me to sign up for the wine club. Everything we had was great and always felt welcome and like we were part of the family. Since being a wine club member, Marisa has gone above and beyond to take care of me. 1000% recommend visiting and joining this winery.
Very good wines and customer service ? nice experience.
We had an amazing tasting. The woman who helped us was so friendly and kind. We loved all of the wine and the relaxing atmosphere.
Excellent Zinfandel, including their famous Old Ghost. I also liked their Farrah Syrah and their Grenache Blanc. The staff is really friendly and they have a nice patio with a fountain made from an old vine cast.
Heather took us through a wonderful wine tasting experience. She and the other wonderful ladies even stayed late as to not make us feel rushed.
The wines are exceptional and so are the staff! Definitely on our places to return list!
This was yet another winery that just shoves a wooden rack of plastic cups across the bar at you after you order a flight. They do offer you a glass to pour them into and the staff will respond to questions. The wine was decent, but what really took this from 3* to 4* territory was the live music on the patio and the food truck with lobster rolls that happened to be there that day. We also scored a case of rose for $99!-)

They have the best wines! Not a bad one in the bunch!
Nice wine. I just wish they were family friendly like many of the other wineries in the area.
We had a complete blast tasting wine with host, Brennan last Tuesday, 1-30-24. My wife's favorite was the best, most balanced semi-sweet white I've ever had called Vorganger, and mine was the Old Ghost. Of course we had to join their wine club! Thanks for a perfect time, Brennan! Klinker Brick is a great place to experience Lodi wine - my favorite wine in the world!
Stopped in during a work trip to the area. Friendly staff and great wine. Absolute steal for the quality you're getting. Old Ghost is probably one of the best zins I've ever had. My winemaker father would agree.
The staff was so amazing, wines were very good and the grounds are beautiful!
